When you open it yes it will be sticky in the jar and some may be on the inside lid ect just wipe it off on the outside of the glass jar with alcohol/vodka. I haven't come across a sleep gummy that has such quality ingredients and works quick. I'm knocked out within 1 hour oftaking these and zero grogginess the next day. I usually need a coffee to wake up but trust me, these gave me so much energy. Customer for life!
