I stumbled upon The Landing Dispensary by accident while visiting The Shangri-La dispensary nearby—and I’m so glad I did! After looking them up, I realized their product selection is far superior to Shangri-La, where I originally intended to visit. Every time I’ve come in, the staff has been incredibly helpful, going out of their way to make sure I’m getting the best deal possible. A special shoutout to Brian, who assisted me during my last visit. He was phenomenal—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to find that level of care and attention these days, and it truly made my experience memorable. If you’re looking for great products and even better service, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Overall a 10/10 experience Jayson greeted with a warm friendly smile. Double checked my order and connected with customers. Asks how your doing and what your plans are for the day establishes a personal level with customer which is very amazing to me. Down to earth polite and courteous. I highly recommend. I’m a long time smoker, but this is the first time I’ve used a dispensary. I mentioned that to the girl up front because I wasn’t sure how it worked and was a little uneasy/embarrassed. She made me feel super comfortable instantly. Once she had me checked in, there was someone ready and waiting to help me find the perfect med for me. I told him the strains I was looking for and a bit about my tolerance and I left with everything I was looking for. Beautiful store, and even more beautiful people. Thank you for helping me feel comfortable and for helping me feel like I didn’t have a reason to be embarrassed! I will absolutely be back any time in im town!

First time being in this dispensary and wow it definitely blew my expectations out of the water! BEAUTIFUL store with huge windows and natural light unlike any of the other dispensaries I’ve visited in the area. Staff had a great vibe and steered me to some new strains I hadn’t tried yet on the IL side. I will be back when I’m in the Edwardsville area 100%!

just moved back to NC and decided to drop by. the place was groovy, and i tried their Khalifa Mintz and Jack Herer. 10/10 would recommend trying them. great staff, super helpful and chill.

Insa is set up so nice and they have displays in the showroom with the product on display and has the option to smell and view the current harvest, and the quality of product is very good! I don't know why more places if not all are not set up this way. Ordering from a cell phone or tablet is not my ideal way to shop. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, One of the best dispensaries with great weekly specials and all-round great prices! They even have a good amount of apparel with Big sizes for guys like me.
