Finally a "herbal" store that doesnt feel like im looking at porn. I like to smoke but that doesnt mean I need to feel like I should wear all black and a hoodie to get my "flower". Atmosphere is open and welcoming. The coffee and tea is made to order while you wait for your order to enjoy a product while your there or just sit and work where you can toke with free Wifi. Great selection, great pricing in comparison and great staff oh and how can I forget ther various store dogs that rotate and greet you at the door. If you dont see what your looking for tell them and they will research and find it for you. They even do special events. Hidden Gem I honestly almost didnt want to share.

Surterra has a clean, relaxed vibe and a welcoming atmosphere. The budtenders are always friendly and knowledgeable, and the products are consistently top quality. Their sales are great too. Boutique experience, so much better than the Big Box dispensaries.

First time in a dispensary. I went in for Black Friday sale. I am agoraphobic. I usually get deliveries from Trulieve to Fellsmere out of the Stuart, FL store by ordering online or through the main Trulieve number. The Sebastian store were organized, clean, nice and got me in and out as fast as possible. A normal day I'm sure would have been much faster.

First time customer. I LOVE THIS PLACE!! The prices are great and the sales are phenomenal. The product, WOW!! Superior product, the distillate is top shelf and the flower is so smooth. They have so many strains!! They are so helpful!! I am a BIG Trulieve fan and I will be back. They really helped me, they explained product i wasn't clear about. They really took the time and I appreciate that. I think about my elderly Mom visiting a place like this and how she would do and this place would be excellent. I have had nothing short of excellent service from the employees at Medicis. They are professional and courteous. the usual wait time that i have experienced for pickup is under 10 minutes. I have made ALOT of purchases there and only there so i have nothing to compare to but as of now, i rate them 11/10 overall. the selection has recently increased tremendously. the prices are steep but you know what you are getting, the weight is always correct. I have no complaints whatsoever. if there comes a time when i am unable to afford the prices, i will cross that bridge when i get there. if you’ve had a bad experience at other pharmacies, give MEDICIS a try.

I really love this Fluent location. They’ve got the best product, in my opinion and the best staff. Very clean, great location. It’s my go to.

Great prices and SUPER helpful staff. just tell em what's broken and they will find the flower that fixes it. The only 2 things I could say I would change is 1. They treat ptsd and severe anxiety patients. yet the waiting room is tiny and always full. 2. Not really much they can do here, but newer champion strains. They do rotate frequently to stay on top of the newest strains available in this area and they have awesome staple strains. It just sucks reading and seeing award winning new herbs (first class funk)(jigglers)(permanent marker)and have no hope of trying it before its been bred out of existence. This is not naturals fault though. Its the growers and supply chain.
