As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose. Aidan was excellent! He’s helped me before, & always puts me at ease. Everyone always has a smile when you walk in, & they are always helpful & are very knowledgeable about cannabis products. There’s a vast selection of items to choose from that are nicely displayed & you can always find a lots of items on sale. I highly recommend the Bourbonnais store when you’re in the the area!

Let me start that the staff is always friendly very helpful and knowledgeable as a first timer I felt very at ease with the whole process I have not been anywhere else (to many horror stories) But always a But right LOL I would like to see some other deals in the ways of percentages off products the only such deal is for a first time customer nothing for the loyal customers

The store is awesome! The Budtenders are AWESOME! Atmosphere is great! The only thing that was not happy with is Leafly saying the THC level was higher on both flowers I got, and the prices were wrong on Leafly.

I walked in to make my purchased on a Sunday afternoon. I initially expected it to be busy, but it was actually less than a 5 minute wait.
