First time customer. I LOVE THIS PLACE!! The prices are great and the sales are phenomenal. The product, WOW!! Superior product, the distillate is top shelf and the flower is so smooth. They have so many strains!! They are so helpful!! I am a BIG Trulieve fan and I will be back. They really helped me, they explained product i wasn't clear about. They really took the time and I appreciate that. I think about my elderly Mom visiting a place like this and how she would do and this place would be excellent. Great store. Great quality of products. Little more expensive than other dispensaries but worth it usually because of quality. Employees are always pretty nice. Only thing that’s not amazing is I’ve noticed it will take a minimum 20+mins to get checked in, seen and pickup your products. Opposed to other stores in town taking 5+ mins. However definitely recommend.

Love this store. Always quick in-and-out. Online ordering/pickup is easy and convenient. Employees are always friendly and have great knowledge about the different products. Price is the best in town as well. Hands down my favorite dispensary.

Yo Dave & all y’all dope ladies and gents working at the Bonita location, Y’ALL HAD ME AT HELLO!!! Let’s be real, the Green Wednesday deal is bomb but honestly, I’m writing this review solely to show some appreciation and recognition to the staff! Dave was probably the most witty, down to earth dudes I’ve met during my dispensary adventures.... hell, everyone was throwing that vibe! The bud is great, the deals are awesome but the atmosphere, it’s PERFECT!! No doubt I’ll be visiting them again real soon!!

Just left Surterra after my first visit, and first I have to say that the staff was PHENOMENAL! Abigail answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. Very happy with the quality of the products available and the friendliness of the staff, and I will DEFINITELY be going back.
