I ordered tropical runtz @ 27%thc when I picked it up and received it ......it was 24%thc . all I am saying is let the customer or patient know before they get disappointed. That's a big difference in strength.

I love Surterra Wellness (Park St location) compared to any other dispensary in Jacksonville! Will definitely be making this my go-to dispensary because of their knowledgeable, helpful, and great/kind employees and customer service! I definitely understand why they stand behind all of their products because they live up to everything they say about them! Walking into Sunnyside truly lives up to its name. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and super inviting. He genuinely makes every visit an experience but also educates based on your needs and wants. This is a nice, well stocked dispensary with really great staff. Everyone is happy to pull out the COAs and spend the time to help you find the best product for you. My only complaint is with MUV changing strains too often. As a medical patient, once I find a strain that helps me it's as important as my prescribed medication, and it's incredibly frustrating when you stop selling them completely.

Let me start that the staff is always friendly very helpful and knowledgeable as a first timer I felt very at ease with the whole process I have not been anywhere else (to many horror stories) But always a But right LOL I would like to see some other deals in the ways of percentages off products the only such deal is for a first time customer nothing for the loyal customers
