At first there was some issues. Of course me being a first timer and not knowing certain things and Vice versa is what lead to these issues. So I had decided not to deal with this store and just go elsewhere at this point but then this professional,polite,kind, patient and lovely lady by the name of Abby came in and fixed the issue and on top of that walk me through the settings and process and just like that I haven’t gone to no other place in fact I come here just because she is here. Btw thank you again today for helping me out again. She really goes above and beyond.

Insa is set up so nice and they have displays in the showroom with the product on display and has the option to smell and view the current harvest, and the quality of product is very good! I don't know why more places if not all are not set up this way. Ordering from a cell phone or tablet is not my ideal way to shop. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, One of the best dispensaries with great weekly specials and all-round great prices!
