I Love the environment at Herbal Phoenix, They are very knowledgeable about their products, everything is tax included so there are no surprise fees or anything like that so the price you see on their menu is the price that you pay. Not to mention they always have a variety of flower in stock a little something for everyone. I also love the fact that they keep leafly updated regularly so you know what they have in stock and what they don't have, and all their flower is tested so that is a plus for me. The staff is very friendly and it is a great environment will definitely make this my go to spot cant beat their deals and customer service! Seriously go check them out you wont be disappointed, Especially with their triangle glue #4 and Cornbread in stock right now. I am going to say wow!!! The man who owns this place is seriously the nicest person i have met in awhile. First I will say that my mother goes to this place, it is right down the road from her house and she says the product and the service is always exceeding her expectations. My experience here started out as my car had broke down, i pulled into the parking lot, the owner came outside helped me push my vehicle out of the driveway, then as I was trying to do my best to get ahold of people to help me, i could not get the help I needed. This man called up a friend of his, who then towed me and my vehicle 67 miles back to my house and literally paid for half of it not knowing me a day in his life. In my opinion, someone who will go out on a limb and help someone that much for no other reason other than he just wanted to help deserves 10 stars in my book, My mother is right!!! He really does exceed expectations. I strongly urge if you like good people and great atmosphere shop for your medicinal needs at this place!!!!!!!

First of all, they stay open to a decent time on Sundays. Tonight I went in on a poormans budget. Bailey helped me get exactly what I needed, and was always smiling and recommended different products for me. She even called me back when left my debit card. Great great service.

Nice spot. I normally don’t like thca stuff but I must say, here it checks all the boxes and is reasonably priced. The shops in Charlotte are really hit or miss. I will be back
