I moved here 5 years ago and drive 50 miles away to TC to buy at the Lighthouse. Before making Lighthouse my dispensary above all others in Traverse City, I did see many other ones in TC and they were just ok to me. When I went for my first time to Lighthouse, they were very cool, knowledgable and did not try to sell you all kinds of products that you probably will not use. I found this when shopping in Ann Arbor and other places which is annoying as I am pretty savvy already and on to this behavior. My products are always there and I try to choose the popular brands that customers keep coming back for because they work well. My favorite bud tender is Lindsey because she explains things well when buying something new, and she actually asks what I am using for (if you care to share). Myself, it's chronic pain from a neck issue and I am allergic to many RX pain medications. No I do not want to take them. You will see that this dispensary is the best in Traverse City bar none! I have shopped Lume for several years and find their prices to be competitive. The best reason to shop Lume is the new POD system for cartridges, say goodbye to clogs! The Rosin POD's are the best on the market bar none!

So here’s the thing— I’ve been smoking for a while— at least the better part of a decade. I know my shit, I have high standards, and I can talk shop with the best of them. But as a young woman, some shops see me as nothing more than some dumb bitch looking to be mansplained to about indica before I choose the pretty pink packaging… but THESE GUYS over at the dispensary are GREAT. I love coming in to their store because no matter who’s behind the counter I know they’re gonna be personable, funny, answer all my questions, and they always remember to ask for my phone number so I get those sick rewards at the shop. They’re super fun to sit and talk with, and make a habit of trying to get to know the faces of the people coming into their store. So, as a female who isn’t just some dumb broad looking for a little pick me up, and is an every day type of gal— go to these guys. They care about the customer, they want to build relationships within their community, and if I’m remembering correctly, support Veterans with part of the sales. All in all they’re really good people. They deserve your business 100000%
