The Highest Choice has my business for life. I drive an hour to Ardmore and a hour home just to come here. Ellen is the sweetest human. First off, I just want to say I love your bud tender Anthony. He fully made my day. He deserves so much love and praise. He was thoughtful, helpful and just incredibly lovely to talk to. He talked to me about your patient journals, helped me find a strain for my migraines and he was just a joy to talk to.

Just recently started making the 30 minute drive to come do business with these folks because they are AMAZING! Great deals and really nice people, the ladies have been so helpful!

I was very impressed with the service ,variety,and amazing product.

First time being in this dispensary and wow it definitely blew my expectations out of the water! BEAUTIFUL store with huge windows and natural light unlike any of the other dispensaries I’ve visited in the area. Staff had a great vibe and steered me to some new strains I hadn’t tried yet on the IL side. I will be back when I’m in the Edwardsville area 100%!

Stop in on my way to the Wilson casino and encounter Deana with a great personality and knowledge about the product offered. Picked up a C3 GMO pre roll. It was good. The dispensary overall is very clean and quaint. Will return.
