My first visit was yesterday and I was impressed. The lobby was nice, clean and spacious and the workers were welcoming at first encounter. When I went to the back, Katherine, my bud tender was super nice and very knowledgeable about the product. She was great in helping me make a decision on my purchases and I love everything that I bought! I’ll def be back!

I mistakenly complained about a charge on my Credit Card from NUGG. The mistake was all mine - I had forgotten that I asked for a three year membership (vs one year). I was kindly and professionally contacted by NUGG in regard to my comment - including an offer to amend my license. The service that I have received by the professionals at NUGG are outstanding - as are their products! (Sorry guys!!!)

Veronica is one of the most outgoing and helpful people, most of the time setting up an account or ordering is annoying and takes a long time but she makes it as simple as possible for the costumer, she really takes the time to go over your order and make sure it’s all right and still manages to get your order out as fast as possible. I recently visited flower and leaf and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, taking the time to understand my needs and make recommendations. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of high-quality products. I appreciated the emphasis on customer service and the overall positive atmosphere. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Corina is very, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. They have EXCELLENT CLONE STARTERS, and the best variety, from top shelf, down to budget, for people like me on unlimited income! they cater to veterans, senior citizens, and go out of their way to help you in anyway they can. Another thing that caught my eye, is they are upgrading, and adding on. the lounge is a good place to sit, and tell lies with your buddies !! they are going places. I wish them all the best.
