I am a 100% disabled veteran, wounded in Iraq in 2003. I have severe pain, PTSD and social anxiety just to name a few things. I really didn't know what to expect going here, it's an hour drive for me so it was long. When I got there, nervous as hell, first thing you do is check your temp on a wall mounted thermometer. Being my first time there was a page I had to fill out. Honestly I don't remember a single question (I have a tbi) but I know it was basic stuff and quick. The lady at the front desk was nice. Was a quick 5 min exchange of stuff i.e the paper work and your card n whatnot. The normal. Then they let u in the back. The budtenders are friendly, knowledgeable easy to talk to people and beautiful. All in all it's a awesome dispensary. Def better prices and amount of stock than my previous dispensary in Brookville. The boss gave me a free hat!! I know it's just a hat but Ayr Wellness definitely takes the time to make sure all of its customers are well taken care of.

I am from Chicago and I have been to every weed place around exit 1 in New Buffalo. This place is hands down the best dispensary I have been to. I had corey or Cory as my bud tender. She was an expert at the strains... I have struggled with the strains that give me the high I'm looking for and she knew exactly what I was explaining to her. She was awesome and friendly and I came home with great strains I can't find in Illinois. The staff also had a computer error they had to fix from my online order and they worked hard to fix the error. I am truly happy I found a dispensary I enjoy and the vibe is awesome. I love this place!! I always get the Michigan cherry pie Preroll deal. It's $35 and you get some big joints in a cool metal tin, it's reusable and the particular strain is high in CBD and CBN. Best genetics ever!!

I stopped by the Hastings MI Lumberjack store (2nd time), but this time I bought the Flower of the Day, Superboof. Very nice smell from the package, smooth smoke, and a nice daytime buzz. The folks there are super friendly and had a 25% discount for the Flower of the Day. The store smells great and has a lot of other things to offer (I'm mostly interested in flower). I'll stop by the Dowling store some time soon to see what they have going on. One thing, I didn't recognize most of the strains for sale. I was hoping for some Sour Diesel or Blue Dream (common sativas) but they didn't have any of those older strains. Maybe that's good, they carry new hybrids for something different to try.
