The overall service, I personally wouldn't give them just 5 stars, 5 stars seems like too low of a score. This crew went above and beyond not just in asking but also listening. Yes, I will be heading to Madrid again soon! It's worth the drive!

I've been to every dispensary within the St Charles area. The experience I have had here by far exceeded my expectations. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jordan. He was super helpful in helping me find the product that would work best for my needs. The facility is clean and the ladies up front are incredibly friendly. The sign in process was a breeze I'm happy to say that I finally found my go to for my medicine!

The other reviewer must work for a competitor, because SW is the best dispensary in town. $15 8ths can't be beat, the selection is great, the strains are premium, and the employees are fantastic (especially Camyelle!). They also have good sales and promotions. Can't recommend it enough!

I absolutely love this place. There is always plenty of knowledgeable staff to assist with anything you need. They have always had what I need or wanted. The store has plenty of variety of strains and or brands. While I will always be open to other dispensaries to check them out, this one is my go to. Still learning names of everyone so I cannot call out any particular person for their excellence but really it doesn't matter because everyone there is amazing. I highly recommend this place!

The convenience of order on leafy is great it’s so simple and fast! My dispensary Terrabis was great, they had a great selection of flower to choose from so there was plenty to choose from and they had a drive thru which makes thing even simpler!The service was friendly and fast and with great discounts for new customers along with discounts for returning to pickup any of there great buds! He talked to me about your patient journals, helped me find a strain for my migraines and he was just a joy to talk to.

My guy Cole was a gem to work with, from start to finish he was very informative and knocked the recommendations out the park. Hands down got love this place, not to mention the pricing is unbelievable. Anyone looking for "rec" or "medical" this place will have you covered.
