My favorite dispo near by, great customer service and very helpful at check out, one thing that wpuld be noce though is of the ipads were not as wobbly lol always flip over when ordering, great dispo!

We drove 4 hours round trip, it was well worth it. We were greeted with a great customer service smile by Armando, he informed us of everything we needed to know being first time customers. Corey then greeted us at the door, he answered our questions and referred us to a certain product, it was super quick and easy. I recommend The Firehouse, it's also easy to find on Hwy 139. So here’s the thing— I’ve been smoking for a while— at least the better part of a decade. I know my shit, I have high standards, and I can talk shop with the best of them. But as a young woman, some shops see me as nothing more than some dumb bitch looking to be mansplained to about indica before I choose the pretty pink packaging… but THESE GUYS over at the dispensary are GREAT. I love coming in to their store because no matter who’s behind the counter I know they’re gonna be personable, funny, answer all my questions, and they always remember to ask for my phone number so I get those sick rewards at the shop. They’re super fun to sit and talk with, and make a habit of trying to get to know the faces of the people coming into their store. So, as a female who isn’t just some dumb broad looking for a little pick me up, and is an every day type of gal— go to these guys. They care about the customer, they want to build relationships within their community, and if I’m remembering correctly, support Veterans with part of the sales. All in all they’re really good people. They deserve your business 100000%

I am a 100% disabled veteran, wounded in Iraq in 2003. I have severe pain, PTSD and social anxiety just to name a few things. I really didn't know what to expect going here, it's an hour drive for me so it was long. When I got there, nervous as hell, first thing you do is check your temp on a wall mounted thermometer. Being my first time there was a page I had to fill out. Honestly I don't remember a single question (I have a tbi) but I know it was basic stuff and quick. The lady at the front desk was nice. Was a quick 5 min exchange of stuff i.e the paper work and your card n whatnot. The normal. Then they let u in the back. The budtenders are friendly, knowledgeable easy to talk to people and beautiful. All in all it's a awesome dispensary. Def better prices and amount of stock than my previous dispensary in Brookville. The boss gave me a free hat!! I know it's just a hat but Ayr Wellness definitely takes the time to make sure all of its customers are well taken care of.

This is my regular dispensary. I love the website, it's menu is easy to understand and use. Great, laid-back staff. Always have great deals on a huge selection, from quantity to quality. And with the reward points i always have a little extra discount waiting.
