I was here tonight my 1st time,the woman who took care of me was literally amazing!! Such a sweet woman and wasn't pushy at all ,let me smell everything I wanted without seeiming like I'm being to much. She was happy to.do it . Even let me get grams of a few diff flowers I wanted to try. I will absolutely be back from here on! I found my new spot! The product is what I've been looking for! The staff here at Italian herb dispensary are always friendly and welcoming. I haven’t had to wait very long before being able to purchase my items. I do recommend you look at their menu online via their website and place an order prior to coming to the dispensary that way your visit is more efficient, and you can view their discounts and their menu of options. There is no way to view product prior to purchasing in person I believe due to certain state laws and legislature, but I actually enjoy being able to view the full menu online prior and knowing how much I’m going to be paying before I arrive. They do allow you to pick up through the drive-through window if you placed an online order prior to arrival. I’ve used both options via the drive-through and going inside and each one is efficient to and result in a happy customer.

I love coming to The Lab! I drive an hour to get there but it’s so worth the drive! Great prices, helpful and friendly staff; overall great place!! I try not to shop anywhere else!! If you’re ever in the area, you should stop by and give them a try!!

I rely on dispensaries having up-to-date menus on Leafly, most don’t. Top Leaf does and I really appreciate it. The service was great and I will be back. Great selection and worth the 45 minute drive (one way).

I love my visits but I just wish they updated the list on leafly so I can look at list and decide what I wanna buy when I get there . I get sometimes u might run out of strains but 3 months ago is a very old list .please update list on leafly.love the store though in-person great ppl.

The woman working here gave me a discount on a vaporizer pen that I needed for my brother who had a stroke to make it easier for him to enjoy cannabis again. Meant alot to my brother and I and shows the people working here care for their customers.
