This location is very clean and convenient for location. The prices are always the best in the city and the customer service is always 10/10. I recommend this location to anyone. Also, the product is amazing. Purple Churro from Cresco is the gas you fill your tank up with.

I feel like a walking commercial for how much I love this place. I found out about Pharmhouse by their involvement in bettering my neighborhood. They even go to neighborhood community meetings to see where they can help out! That’s why I’m more than happy to give back to them by purchasing their products. Their weed is high quality, the pricing is great, the staff is helpful and welcoming, and they have a pretty good selection of products to choose from. They have something for everyone, from lightweight to smoke yourself stupid. They also have a website that you can browse and order products to pick which helps with my social anxiety. Even curbside drop off. You can even choose a pick up time that works best for you. Pricing is also excellent! Due to their involvement in my community, I will be a long time patron. Been to a Dozen shops in Phila. and this Zen has had the best prices and the most knowledgeable and friendly staff which to help you make the right decisions on what to get . As my biggest grip with this industry is so many other shops feel like your intruding on their private social club . Making the correct choice on very expensive product to treat my illnesses is my main concern as I was never a smoker and only got the card at my doctor advice and pushing it at every visit replace all the very harmful medications I was on and never been happier living side effect free.

Each time we’ve been at Indigo in Brooklawn, we had very courteous and attentive bud tenders who have assisted us. I wanted to especially mention Nina, who has helped us twice now and was very helpful and shares her knowledge as we are getting more information regarding products to help 2 of our very close friends that are dealing with terminal issues. Everyone is friendly from the minute you walk through the door. I have only been here a couple of times, but I will be a regular. The budtenders are always able to get me more than I had hoped for my money. I get great recommendations and I am always happy with the herb.

This team of budtenders are some of the best in the Mohawk valley, maybe even in the industry. Everyone was genuinely knowledgeable about companies and products they had in store. Andrea was a plethora of information on New York brands and their practices. Carly also being an open book of info; elaborated that she studied cultivation at a SUNY school. She made me comfortable while shopping but also made me feel confident with my selection due to her knowledge and experience. They informed, and signed me up for a killer loyalty program too before I left. Also, the shop is woman owned! I can’t recommend this shop anymore!
