She was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping us with our purchase and made everything so easy.. Berkshire Roots is hands down the best dispensary in town. Mos def the best products and prices I’ve seen yet and I shop every dispensary from Southern MI to the UP, staff is nice and knowledgeable, would just like a delivery option.

Nice spot. I normally don’t like thca stuff but I must say, here it checks all the boxes and is reasonably priced. The shops in Charlotte are really hit or miss. I will be back

This is my go-to spot. The budtenders are all so kind and knowledgable and never try to oversell things. The prices are affordable and I’m always able to find at least something to help with my inflammatory autoimmune diseases.
