I have been fortunate enough to experience a hand full of different dispensaries in different states and i can say this is by far the best in Illinois! Great staff! Awesome product selection! Great prices! And patient employees with manners which is there most precious resource. They always offer great deals and you can tell they are run by good hearted people. last but not least they have a great set up here, i mean great!!! I love it here. Everyone has always been so friendly and helpful, from the minute you walk in, even the security guards are delightful. I can ask a million questions, they do their best to answer all of them and I never feel weird or bad about asking. This is my favorite spot.

My boyfriend and I picked up our Judges kits today for Cannabis Cup. They did a great job keeping everyone informed. Quite the crowd and everyone was enjoying their time while in line.

Great Service & Friendly Staff at Fresh Green Dispensary (Wornall Location) I recently moved back to the neighborhood and have been checking out different dispensaries, and I think I’ve found my new go-to spot at Fresh Green on Wornall! From the Earth is great, but I really appreciate the prices and the personalized attention I get here. Today, I was helped by Danny, and she was absolutely amazing—patient, knowledgeable, and so kind. I had a ton of questions (and didn’t have much to spend), but she took the time to explain everything and never made me feel rushed. It’s the kind of service that makes you want to come back. Definitely making Fresh Green my home dispensary and excited to start racking up rewards. Highly recommend if you're looking for great service and good deals!

My first time ordering and everything is online, and you pay through Aeropay for delivery. You have to check the website often for deals. $20 8th's are available if you order before they run out! The choices of bud are limited because it's ran by the state. The delivery driver was very professional. He was friendly and patient when I asked him a few questions about the services he was providing for me as a patient of Capitol Wellnes Solutions. Pros and cons are the same everywhere. Just find the pharmacy that's right for your needs.

From the very first time I went here they were the friendliest, most informed AND most important they had the very best deals in town. I am retired and this medication is not covered under Medicare so this very important to me. I love the way they communicate their specials and their convenient location.

The order was ready for pickup within 10 minutes of placing the order on Leafly. There was only 1 person in front of me in line when I got inside. The order was exactly correct and the price was correct. Sometimes the shop initially charges a higher price than advertised on Leafly and I have to show them my evidence to get the right price. Homestate was correct from the start.
