Went there on Halloween. Everyone was dressed up and so fun! Mason was super helpful and Megan was too.

First off, Trinidad is a place u have to visit if u smoke. I’ve never seen a towns economy more driven by dispensaries. It’s a cool experience. 2nd off… once u get there, this dispo is a must. I’m a complete strain and quality snob n this spot was an amazing balance between the top tier quality I need and surprisingly low pricing. So low that I expected to walk into some popcorn or shake OZs based on pricing, that were instead exactly what I had hoped for. I grabbed a zip of 28% Blue Dream for 65 OTD and some fiiiiiiiire Super Silver Haze live resin Gs for like $14 each. I went to a lot of the dispos while we were in town and this is the main spot as far as I’m concerned. (Not to say I didn’t grab a few things elsewhere too cause this town is amazing) Customer service was great as well. I think I dealt w the owner or manager on day 2, a very polite and accommodating woman budtender who got me exactly what I needed. Day 1 was even better as I had a different budtender who got me all hooked up while we had a chat about weed n South Park Easter eggs that are really true in Colo. Oh and one of the most important things, which I can’t say for all the spots in Trinidad… THEY UPDATED THEIR LEAFLY MENU ACCORDINGLY. I went to another spot next door and went 0 for 4 on strains I wanted that had appeared online days before we got there and even after I had brought it to their attention. Underground Station is dope!!! Go check out Trinidad for a weekend n clearly make a plan to stop by Underground Station both days and load tf up! I’ll be back for sure.

As a medical patient of THCU, I never cease to be amazed by the helpful, knowledgeable, and caring budtenders, Jeff, Joe, and Carlos. Just wanted to say been coming here for a while and it's the place for price, selection, quality, and quantity. But the main thing about clould 9 is the people that work here they go above and beyond to help you and somehow make you fill like your family. There is a big place in my heart for these people without them I would not be able to afford my medicine and I'm seriously disabled it's people like Joe and his mom that keep me believing life still has meaning thank yall for what you do. Been coming here for about 6months and I love it. Just wanted you to know that I didn't get my new renewal card for $25.00 & you need add$100.00 ,not very happy but it's over and hopefully I will be there until I hear back from the Medical Marijuana.

The place has good vibes, employees are authentic and eager to help you. Menu is big had a lot of everything only bad thing I could say which isn't too bad is we haven't gotten any weekly deals yet I know they are in the works just can't wait to see what they will be.

The best in town. BY FAR. I'm not wealthy by any means. And I will spend more money for the same product. And its all because of there customer service. Cody or Kody is amazing and if I knew the other 2 or 3 I always see in the drive thru. I'd sure shout them out as well. These guys are always in a good mood. Always respectful, polite, and helpful. I've been upset because I'm impatient. And no matter how I act. They treat me with the some respect and kindness. I wish I could afford to tip these guys like I want too.
