Absolutely OBSESSED with this dispensary. I will 100% continue using them. The service is top-tier, the staff is amazing and super helpful, and the delivery driver is awesome. This team of budtenders are some of the best in the Mohawk valley, maybe even in the industry. Everyone was genuinely knowledgeable about companies and products they had in store. Andrea was a plethora of information on New York brands and their practices. Carly also being an open book of info; elaborated that she studied cultivation at a SUNY school. She made me comfortable while shopping but also made me feel confident with my selection due to her knowledge and experience. They informed, and signed me up for a killer loyalty program too before I left. Also, the shop is woman owned! I can’t recommend this shop anymore!

I stopped by Rise on Detroit in Lakewood this morning 8-15-24 and had a wonderful experience. The person who checked me in John V was welcoming and efficient. I have been coming to this location for the last 2 years and because of people like him, I will continue to do so.

I absolutely love coming here! The staff is beyond welcoming. The atmosphere is just so Zen and peaceful. There’s such a different variety of merchandise so there’s definitely something for everyone. I wish I could buy everything in the store lol. 100/100!!!

Best place to go. They have people behind the counter working and if there's a line it goes fast. But seeing a line at a place like this says souch about this place. Obviously it's the place to go. Great staff and product, love you guys
