I was here tonight my 1st time,the woman who took care of me was literally amazing!! Such a sweet woman and wasn't pushy at all ,let me smell everything I wanted without seeiming like I'm being to much. She was happy to.do it . What happens to the point system.??Haven't been able to accumulate for quite a few months now. Called to attention of several staff & one female employee said she hadn't been able to use hers for months also. I called first and they were helpful in letting me know the difference with medical and regular dispensaries which was very nice of whom I spoke with. Cane in. And my cashier Karisa M. Was very helpful, polite. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and also saved me some headaches by telling me to get a fernway indica vape for sleeping help compared to a worse brand. She didn't need to go out if her way. But she did. Like everyone there has for me when I have visited. Thank you. Karisa!

I've been to Rise numerous times and I am very impressed. The people working at Rise are extremely knowledgeable and for a "novice" like myself it is appreciated. Today I was helped by a gentleman named Samm. He was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE and directed me to the products that will help my sleeping condition. He gave me information regarding tolerance breaks (which I never heard of) as well as trying the products sublingually. I never even thought about doing this. Without his help I would have purchased the same product instead of expanding my horizons. Samm was extremely pleasant and courteous. I am definitely going back to RISE and I hope Samm is working when I am there. Rise is lucky to have an employee like Samm!
