This was my first time in the store today. Emma was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the different products. She asked great questions to help me get the product that would best help with my back pain. I'll def be back.

i had a great experience shopping here with a budtender named Fiona. it was my first time visiting this location, and I was looking for some products that would help me sleep better. Fiona was nice enough to show me lots of options they were carrying, and explain to me the benefits of CBN! I am so grateful for all the help I received, and will be coming back soon!

The guy serving the medical patients was disengaged. He never asked me if I needed help. Never referred a product that I might like when I selected an item on the menu that was out of stock. it was the first time I left a dispensary empty-handed. I placed an order online still no confirmation that it’s ready weird place.

I thought this establishment was legitimate until my recent visit when upon sitting in my handicap conversion van speaking with my mother on the phone (I have handicap plates due to my multiple sclerosis), I was rudely approached by two staff members and asked if I was “rolling up” which I was not, then Upon walking away was re approached even more rudely And told I could not be there in my van and must leave immediately! There is no signage stating I could not park there. I am very offended to be approached not just once but twice by two staff members of wellness and told to vacate the parking lot for no stated reason at all. I was a paying customer of the medical dispensary but do not see myself recommending this facility again nor visiting this location in Framingham again. Being a medical patient and customer I feel discriminated against and not as welcome at the facility as I once thought and felt I was previously. Wellness should be ashamed to treat medical patients such as myself in this manner and I highly do not recommend them or their services. I’m sorry to convey this to you but that is the the truth of the matter and my experience with this location.

I purchased a blue dream cartridge & a few 1/2 grams of their CBD blue dream shatter (fairly pricey compared to what I usually pay for CBD shatter/cartridges), just to drive the 1 hour and half ride home only to realize the cartridge doesn't work! The blue dream shatter was effective in medicating, but lacked the Blue Dream taste I was really looking forward to, so it was pretty disappointing! When I called to explain my issue with the cartridge not working at all, they told me I could bring it back the next time I visited the store, but they couldn't say if they'd be able to replace it! I've bought carts from many different dispensaries (for MUCH cheaper than theirs) & never had ANY issues with them! I won't be driving another 3+ hours to these guys when I have 20+ options that are closer& less expensive!!!

Staff is knowledgeable and professional. The temescal ambiance is wonderful and the strains are fantastic. Due to the wonderful location and plentiful staff, transactions are fast and efficient. I have yet to run into any issues or discrepancies while doing business with these fine folks.

Pretty average place-ok service-no small talk or advice so 3 stars across the board imo Heard they gave 20% off for first time med patients at both locations but i was wrong Got less than 6% savings here and 20% in Hudson when i went first time Hudson product was great so this should be too Sadly no discount ...no returning for me 💯😎🤟

Always awesome. Staff rocks. Great selection. Price is right. This may not apply to everyone. But my battery died and a very nice staff member gave me her jumper cables to borrow to jump. Talk about an awesome experience. Love to you

This facility is easy to get into and get out of there not a whole bunch of people nice. go to the other ones always crowded I like this one just for the simple fact it's much easier to go in and out of try it

This place is awful. They sell dirt week under the disguise of another name. When called out about how there was a HUGE difference in purchasing bud (on separate occasions ) of the same name, they told me too bad. They say “trial and error”. I wasted $80 and the best they would do is offer me $4 off my next eighth. Unacceptable!!! There are many other dispensaries, avoid this one.

I would like to see them offer amounts of flower in 1 gram instead of having to buy prerolls only. Currently, there is a minimum of 1/8th in order to buy unrolled flower. I had to buy a preroll only to unroll it so I could add it to my smoking device of choice
