I got some coastal Sun 501 OG from The higher conscious in California on account of the lineage - I would try anything from Rare Dankness - it looked great with big, drippy buds filled with hairs and trichomes. It smelled pretty Danky too - TBH I expected more of a kush tang - but it had more of a pine-ish, woodsy middle flavor - nice, but not representative of the bud’s intensity - I was a lil worried I was gonna be let down But it smoked every bit like 501st OG! It was even better than imagined ! If you’re into Indicas with that clearly distinct kind OF buzz - not couch lock - but more cerebral if you want but can be Personally - for the price I paid the bud looked great - (mid level price wise) but not CRAZY AWESOME like I’ve seen some of these gems look - It didn’t smell as danky as I’d hoped either but I was just expecting a lot more tang from the Kush long awaited

Quite pleased with this ounce I got from Pure on Colfax -you definitely wanna get it if it's in stock - just so happens, since PURE is semi-kraft- And I went every other week just by chance - so ended up with their flower, wax, and CO2 distillate from the same harvest. Sorry if that's not neat to anyone else/ it was to this gal! But I was worried it would be a short lived ride, but was pleasantly surprised after smoking an .8 j over an hour ago, Im just now feeling the Indica effects set in... Meaning if you have stuuuffff. Ttttkkkkk doolll..... ;)

WW Shatter from PURE in CO

Just nabbed an oz of flower at Strawberry Fields (September) for their labor day special (FINALLY!!!) Everytime I've gone to re-up, GC has been sold out at every dispensary regardless of the town, so finally able to get my hands on the real deal as opposed to the "Green Krap" that is sold as GC in red States all over. It was their $60/oz popcorn (they had some from BRONZE, Silver and Gold shelves included in Labor Day special so I got a 1/2 of this and 1/2 Bordello....both of which were gold shelf, so literally not the colas). Bout to roll a j with only GC and will report later, but sight and smell all get 5 stars.

Got West Edison shatter made from PURE's (Colorado Cannabis Co) one and only (top) shelf SUNBURN from the previous week's flower menu and the concentrate did not disappoint in terms of it's medical and even non-medical effects. This is why PURE is hands down my favorite dispensary for concentrates bc they are made at a facility (West Edison) that I have personally never been let down in terms of quality of the concentrate regardless of the dispensary, but unlike some other shops, PURE doesn't "create" their own "in house BHOs" from a mix of various bulk shake/trim/, but they literally take the remainder of the last few days flower menu (again they only do one shelf, set aside some popcorn/shake bags for $45/oz and prepare the rest for concentrate. Not sure if thats really clear to those rec newbies, but once you find a "craft" dispensary that sells their own craft shatter from quality bud rather than nothing but trim, you've found a good shop. Sure I've had other West Edison made wax/shatter, but most of the time it was a dispensary specific "name" bc they mixed trim and shake from all kinds of their flower (including their bottom shelf trim 🤮) and the effects are not predictable and there's been plenty of times the product wasn't even a beautiful, transparent Amber.color but rather an ugly opaque color and that means too much inferior bud was used in order to make money of tourist who know very little about first when it comes to concentrates. So the Sunburn shatter I nabbed up as 1 of 8 for $96 OTD- was identical in lab results from their flower and so was the other 3 strains available that day to me. (Cosmo Q, Chocolate Chunk, and East Coast ) Luckily I made it in time to buy 2 of each available strain, but I did buy the last 2 and they sell out quickly so get there early and if you're lucky ask about their popcorn ounces!!! I will return after a more in depth smoke sess to see how it compares to other strains in the same "category" for me. So far, soooooooo gooood and LOUD AF!
