9 lb Hammer

10/9/2019
I’m finally relaxed enough to try sleeping again, so I’ll try to make this quick. As much as I’d appreciate the irony of a song by McHammer, the song for this strain is Miley Cyrus, Wrecking Ball. I try to have my own dispensary at home so I can have different effects. The name sounded perfect for what I was looking for, and it lives up to expectations. I need to smoke more because since I’ve been writing this review, my pain has reared it’s ugly head. I take forever to type and was in a weird position, which probably has more to do with the pain than anything. Anyway, I want to go to sleep, but I liked it enough to stay up and write this. Goodnight now.😴

Aloha Limone

7/25/2019
I got a gram of Aloha Limone today after a local dispensary recommended this “happy” strain. They were so right. After taking a few hits, the song “I Got A Feeling” by the Black Eyed Peas came on my playlist. I got a feeling that tonight was gonna be a good night, and it was. I literally danced in the parking lot for about 10 minutes. It was a good night. After working up an appetite, I went to a Burger King and enjoyed a good meal. Out of the four strains I have now, this is probably my favorite. They all work, but this one is a shot of happy, with a good taste and fun high.

Tangilope

The song I choose to represent this strain is Let’s Get It Started by the Black Eyed Peas. I started writing a review for it yesterday, until I suddenly remembered that I had stuff to do. The stuff first involved taking a shower. Spasms and other issues can be a problem, but I didn’t have any spasms until about the fourth transfer. My mood is good, and this strain is definitely motivating. Right now it’s pushing me to put laundry away, or at least to get it started.

Magnum PI

The song I choose for this strain is Taio Cruz’s Dynamite. I came to dance, you know? I wish I had more of this, but I just used my last little pieces. I took a few hits and feel stoned. It tasted good, a hint of citrus, and was smooth. My pain is still pretty intense, and I’ve felt my legs trying to spasm, but they haven’t done it yet. Anyway, I think I am more focused than usual. I should probably be doing dishes instead of writing this review. Anyway, go light it up like it’s dynamite.

Wedding Cake

6/20/2019
I think I’m in love. I’m not typically into committing to a strain, but this one takes the cake. Okay, I’ll stop with the cheesy puns. Anyway, the song I choose to represent wedding cake is Louis Armstrong’s, What a Wonderful World. You should listen to it while reading this review, I’ll wait. Back already? Let the song really sink in. It is a wonderful world with wedding cake. After a couple of hits I was nice and stoned. I haven’t had a spasm since smoking and it took the edge off my pain. I’m ready to stretch out and relax into a (hopefully) sleep filled night. I’m definitely in a much better mood than before smoking. Listening to What a Wonderful World on repeat as I write this review doesn’t hurt.

When I heard this name I had fond memories from times tried before, so I thought I’d try it again. This is definitely one of my favorites. It tastes good and didn’t make me cough. I stayed out late, drawing on the sidewalk with chalk before dancing my way back home. Whitney Houston’s version of “I will always love you” is this strain’s song. My pain level is okay...I should probably smoke more. I haven’t had any spasms since smoking. Anyway, this one is a nice, happy high. The only downfall is that I’m craving Girl Scout cookies now and I don’t have any...

Sour Haze

4/4/2019
It’s another new favorite. I smoked enough to get my dance attitude on, about one and a half of my one-hitter. I hadn’t gotten too far before I felt like everyone in town was dancing with me. When the song “Celebration” came on, I knew that was the song for this strain. Physically speaking, I have MS and use a wheelchair. I smoked about 2.5 loads of my one-hitter, and I’ll smoke more when I finish this review. My pain is definitely muted, and my spasms better, but not completely gone. I blame the fact that I was up all night and didn’t get off my ass, more than the pain/spasm reduction of weed. Any strain can only do so much. This strain was probably a large part of why I was up all night. It’s definitely a stativa. I enjoyed every painful minute of it though! Sitting in any chair, even a wheelchair, for an extended amount of time hurts. This strain definitely helped me to ignore the pain though. Anyway, I’m rambling, which is another thing this strain is great for, and another reason why I didn’t sleep much last night, I was on the phone half the time. This is a strain I’m going to make note of to grab when it comes around.

LSD

10/23/2018
My day job is dancing around town in my wheelchair. Weed helps with many things, including my dance attitude. I just smoked. I definitely could go out dancing, but even crazy, dancing cripples have to do boring stuff, like clean house. I have MS. My pain has been replaced by a tingling feeling. There is a lot of tingling in my legs, come to think of it. I haven’t experienced any spasms since getting stoned. Mentally, I’m happy. The song I would play if I was to go out dancing now is James Brown, I Feel Good. That’s exactly how I feel. I cleaned the counters and am going to sweep up some before I work on one of the many creative projects that I never seem to finish. The smoke is smooth, and I think it tastes good.(Disclaimer: I did eat a piece of Halloween candy before thinking about the taste of the herb. There’s a whole bowl of candy just sitting there. I can’t resist.) Long story short, this is my first review. I liked it enough to create an account on Leafly simply to tell people that it’s good. It might be my new favorite.
