Without a doubt my fave go to strain, hands down. Many come close, but not quite . In my 30+ yrs., this is the apex of the indica leaning hybrids... the full blown body high backed by a super euphoric mental bliss that a well grown and cured batch bring about is unequaled to in my opinion. ..anxiety, depression, boredom stand no chance. Great for pain if you use medically as well. 🐼 has this nailed down here in WA, this last batch measured (?🤔) in at ~32% THC, of the total ~ 37% tot cannabinoids. And it hits like it too. A few hits from the bong have me straight super glued, just happy to be alive. This is not for the newbies, from it's acquired taste and smell (which I love) to her powerhouse of a high. I love smoking it from the bong, old school, but it's also good vaped (dry or wet), eaten in RSO. I always love it. Two superceleb parents, she's a super celeb love child, parent to many more...so come out from under the rock and give her a try. Fuck, just had a weird 80s flashback of sorts..."...the night belongs..to GMO" que Glen Fry...and the 🎷...😂😅🤣...sorry, just f-in baked 😎💨

I learned something incredible today. I was flipping around Amazon Prime trying to figure out how best to kill off the rest of my Saturday of cat-sitting at my soon-to-be ex-wife’s house, when I came across the suggested title "Yes – Songs from Tsongas," a live concert film. The concert starts and I'm hearing new things. I’ve been listening to Yes for decades, and I’ve heard these songs countless times, but tonight, watching this video, I’m just picking up on all this extra stuff. And it got me thinking about Yes really deeply . Then it hits me: none of these guys are Mozart. You can tell by the way they play, especially live, that they have to work really hard to play the things that they write. It’s complicated music originally written and performed by very young men, comparatively speaking. Now, as grandparents, they can still play it, but you get the sense that it takes a great deal of effort just just to hang on. What I’m saying is you can see the work that it is for them. That’s when I realize a thing about famous people that I never understood before. People like me see what famous people do as something one can only do if you're born with a little extra....something. And, sure, there are plenty of examples of prodigies who clearly have some god-given talent from birth. Mozart. Bobby Fischer. Stephen Hawking. But this Yes concert made me realize that that’s only true for a microscopic cohort of famous people. For the vast majority of humanity, the difference between the people who watch TV (like me) and the people who are being watched (like Yes) almost completely comes down to one thing: a willingness to do an extraordinary amount of work. Because that specific work brings you joy, even as you're failing at the onset. You become obsessed with mastering this thing you are driven to. The journey to be great at something fuels your soul. Because the pursuit, and the breakthroughs, provide you with the most joy you can imagine. The joy is so essential to your being that you’re willing to go on the road for half a century and it’s not all about the money. It’s because it made you really happy to be this awesome at something. I’m terrible at a great many things. And only very late in my life did I decide to really make as extraordinary an effort as I possibly could trying to get better at something. The feeling of elation you get when you do this, when you stick with it through all of the doubt and failure to achieve even microscopic gains, is the reward. And it's worth it. So I’m watching Yes and I see five people who could’ve been any of us, but they’re the only ones who tried hard enough to get there. So hard that, most likely, other parts of their lives weren’t nearly as successful. But if we knew what it felt like, and how this feeling is only accessible to you when you're willing to try obnoxiously hard to do it, how many more of us would achieve something more than what we've done with our lives? So yeah, get yourself a one-hitter and pack it a little GMO. Get yourself a Greek salad, and prepare to come face-to-face with your inadequacy, like me. But in a good way.

Imagine you have a work shirt that has spilled diesel fuel on it, and let's say you just finished eating a small piece of garlic toast, and now you are eating a peanut butter cookie, that's what this strain taste like, a garlicky diesel peanut butter cookie. I've seen recipes of people using some garlic in their cookies, I never ate a garlic cookie in real life, but this strain brings on this wild combo with hints of diesel fuel lingering. 🧄+⛽+🍪 = 🔥

Trying this strain today for the first time. I’m a chronic pain sufferer and needed something strong to ease the pain a bit. First impressions it’s garlic for sure, very strong smelling. My Herbalist told me to try GMO Cookies so finding this Garlic Cookies fill the bill. Very happy and pain eased off.

The Intellectual Stoner here with my thoughts on GMO. This is an Indica dominant hybrid that is a cross of Girl Scout Cookies x Chemdawg. I'm a big fan of this strain and it is definitely in my top 5. The buds were a dark green with burnt orange hairs running all though them. They are also covered in white hairs which I quite like. The smell of the was earthy with citrus and pepper undertones. I find the taste to be fruity with a little pepper that gives you the nose tickle. I consider GMO to be an In Da Couch strain because of the relaxing body high and euphoric effects. I love that high. It is very helpful for me in treating my pain, anxiety and stress. I have picked up this strain multiple times and always recommend it.

I hope everyone believes this post. I’m a long time ‘patient’ and have just been prescribed this strain. It’s sticky enough, fluffs up great and has a very strong but mellow high. Some buds were big and some smaller. For $50 for 7grams at pull up dc, bang for buck if ever if seen it. Absolutely love this strain! The uplifting high instantly lifts your mood, making it perfect for tackling those “ugh, I really don’t want to do this” kind of days. Keeps you focused, happy, and ready to get stuff done. Solid 8.5/10!

I normally don't do reviews unless it's an elite strain and this is definitley one I had to comment on. I suffer from PTSD to include debilitating panic attacks, severe depression, as well as moderate back and nerve pain. My girlfriend suprised me last night with a half from UP! The first thing I noticed but had to look twice to make sure I read it correctly was that it came with a 36.58% THC content and 36.84% total cannabinoids. I only smoke flower and this is THE most potent strain I've ever had. Starting off, the smell is one of the strongest I've come across. It's so good but disgusting at the same time. The buds are bright green and coated with frost and orange hairs. Suprisingly enough, it wasn't sticky though. It grinded up real nice exposing some purple in the buds that weren't visible from the outside. I have smoked for years but have always been a lightweight. It never takes me more than a couple puffs to get me where I need. I took just ONE massive puff of this and it was game over! Almost instantaneously, I felt my body just melt. I was standing and within minutes had to go lay down. The head high that followed was intense but not so much to where you start getting anxious or overthink. I just layed there for a while with no worries, glued to the bed, and laughing while watching Zombieland. It seemed a bit short lived but there was no "crash". I can't believe just one rip did that though. 5 stars from me!

### Review: GMO Cookies I was about to give this strain a 3, but I'll give it a 4. Let me explain. I've been warned about how different this strain is. I'm 300 lbs but a lightweight in terms of getting high, which in the end, I'm thankful for because I realize how much money I save monthly. I prepped a joint that was around 0.7g, which usually lasts me about a week, and even longer if I have another strain around. I took a huge puff, which was about two regular puffs. Five minutes later, I usually feel something, but this time I felt nothing. However, 15 minutes later, I felt relaxed. Twenty minutes in, I suddenly felt a very strange sensation. All my body muscles became very heavy, especially my back and chest. I felt dizzy and went to lie down. Then I felt a strong wave of energy coming hard from the core of my body, and I started to panic and have anxiety. I wear a heart rate monitor and know my heart rate goes up depending on the dosage when I smoke cannabis. Usually, it gets around 95-110 bpm and stays that way for about 10 minutes, but this time it went to 144 bpm! I surely had a panic attack. All of the hard times lasted 45 minutes, and it was not pleasant at all. Even trying to lie down was a challenge; I felt like I was being lifted, thrown, and trying to walk was a misery. I felt like I just did 100 sets of squats. Two hours later, the effect settled down, and I felt huge peace and tranquility, which is what I was looking for. I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and right now, the effect is still there. There are a lot of people around me while I'm typing this, and I feel good now. I usually smoke Northern Lights, GrandDaddy Purple, or Death Star. Usually, one big hit of those makes me very sedated. I didn’t get any sedative effect at all from this one, which is why I give it a 4/5. For this strain, I'll smoke it like sipping red wine next time to avoid negative effects. I will use it from time to time to wind down after work. However, it won’t be on my favorite list because the effect doesn't align with what I am looking for. I need something that calm and sedate me. PS: My neck pain disappeared ;)
