Crossing TUG E-Rig Kit
The Tug E-rig is a new portable dab rig from Crossing Tech which has been designed to be super user friendly and simple to use, much like the Core 2.0 but at an even more wallet friendly price! It comes with everything required to get dabbing (except the dabs) and makes use of a single button which controls everything!

Also included with the TUG is a ceramic 3D heated chamber with heating elements inside the base and the sides of the ceramic, this helps the Tug produce thick clouds of tasty vapor with minimal effort. The TUG heater also has taller than usual side walls which help contain the concentrate inside the heated cup and allow for both more powerful inhales and a wide range of compatible carb caps, in case you prefer to use an existing one over the provided carb cap.

The TUG is an ideal entry level rig but is also well suited to experienced dabbers who want something which "just works!". Making use of a variable voltage heating system with haptic feedback to let you know when the session is reached, there is only a small learning curve for this device.

Setup

Always hold your e-rig upright! If you angle it during use concentrate will spill out the bucket! Now that's out the way...
Charge your base using the provided wall plug and cable.
Fill the bubbler from the top, when it is removed from the base. Ensure any excess liquid has been wiped away.
Do not fill the bubbler past the bottom third.
Place bubbler onto TUG Base then gently and firmly push it straight down into place so that the sucker seals onto the bottom.
Select your desired heat setting (start low if you're not sure).
Now that's all done we get onto the vaping methods as there are different ways the TUG E-rig can be used! (yes we copied this next section from the Core 2.0 page as the vaping instructions are identical!)

The Ecube Master is a great new portable e-nail kit from Kanboro Tech. Kanboro took what they had learned from manufacturing e-nails for other popular brands and added some clever innovations of their own. The main feature and difference from the regular Ecube is the LED screen and the ability to see and set exact temperatures. Sessions times and temperatures

The total session time for the Core XL has been upgraded to 80 seconds, this includes the pre-heat time. It now has 6 heat settings, click once to cycle through these. 

Purple / Lowest - 320f after preheat 
Yellow / Second lowest - 330f after preheat 
Blue / Middle - 350f after preheat
Green / Middle high - 395f after preheat
White / Second highest - 450f after preheat
Red / Highest - 500f after preheat
 

Setup

Charge your base using the provided wall plug and cable. 
Fill the bubbler from the top, when it is removed from the base. Ensure any excess liquid has been wiped away and that no water has flooded into the bottom compartment. If this happens turn the bubbler upside down and blow into the air hole at the bottom to clear this section. Then re-fill from the top. 
Do not fill the bubbler past 1/4 fill height or you risk flooding the base and damaging the unit. Just above the airflow slits inside is fine.
When replacing the bubbler, place it on the base at an angle, ensuring that the hole in the bubbler base aligns with the vapor pathway, then gently and firmly push it straight down into place. 
For Rebuldable Atomizer check the small screws in the atomizer base which hold the heater legs are done up fully. These need to be tightened so they are firm, but not so much that they cut the wire legs off the heater. 
Select your desired heat setting (start low if you're not sure).
 

Vaping methods

Cold Starts - This method is best for getting the most flavour and material preservation as you start inhaling as soon as vapour is being produced. Vaping in this way will cause the session temperatures to be slightly lower than otherwise because the air passing around the heater will decrease heating speed.  You can start your inhale at any point, we suggest keeping an eye on the button flashes so that you can always begin inhaling after a set number of flashes, if desired, providing a very consistent and repeatable experience. 

Load a rice grain size dab (basmati not long grain) into the heater
Press the fire button twice to activate session mode
When your concentrate starts to bubble begin inhaling gently with the carb cap left off
When the Core 2.0 base vibrates place the carb cap back on and continue your inhale as you normally would
For subsequent inhalations just inhale as desired, when the flavour leaves your material, the vapor becomes harsh or stops being produces press the fire button once more to cancel the session
If you still have material left inside at the end of the session simple hit the fire button twice again and start vaping immediately, no need to wait for the vibrate as your heater will already be close to vaping temperature. The second session will always run a little hotter than the first if it is started straight after
It's been advised by the manufacturer to avoid doing hot starts where the dab is loaded into a pre-heated heater as this can crack the ceramic due to the temperature difference
Manual - Self explanatory, load a small rice size dab into the heater and hold down the power button. Inhale as desired. 

Manual hold can also be used instead of double pressing to finish a session or heat the heater for easier cleaning. 

 

Cleaning

Wipe out heater with a q-tip after each use
Clean the area around the atomizer weekly to stop residue building up
Every month or so wipe out the airway with a q-tip soaked in ISO - allow to fully dry before use
Replace bubbler water daily
To clean bubbler fill with hot water and shake to remove large residues. Soak in ISO to fully clean. Rinse thoroughly with warm water after soaking.  
The Core Atomizer can also be removed and screwed into a heat sink on our Pico Plus with auto-fire or an Arctic Fox or DNA-C box mod (with auto-fire), then run at 36W upside down for 1-2 mins to perform a burn off cycle to clean the heater back to new. This is optional. You can also use the CUB instead of a heat sink with this setup, the CUB can also be used with the atomizers as a standalone portable when paired with a box mod such as the Pico Plus.

The atomizer is covered by a one week manufacturer warranty against defects, this can be damaged by aggressive cleaning or accidental damage from tools.
While atomizers are expected to last much longer than one week, they can be damaged by mishandling and misuse. We understand that not everyone will use the device daily or immediately so offer a one week warranty, from the date of delivery, to report any issue with your atomizer.

Note: older coils and RDAs from the Core and Core2 will work on the new Core XL.

The CARTA Sport is Focus V’s new version of the CARTA Classic. This new electric dab rig has great new accessories. This includes the CARTA Connect and a Control Stick. It also comes with a bigger battery and a Black CARTA Glass Top.

The new, removable CARTA Connect is an air path system that enhances the airflow when you inhale. It fixes reclaim issues to help you get the most from your product. It also makes cleaning your device easier as it is completely removable. We have attached a photo below for reference. 

The air path (CARTA Connect) is removable for simple cleaning. You can put it in the freezer for 10 minutes and use the Loading Tool to scrape off any leftover concentrates.

The Sport also has a new Control Stick. It includes a carb cap for better airflow and taste.

This design heats the product better than before. They make the stick from strong glass and add textured silicone for a better grip. The Control Stick works with all Intelli-Core atomizers and all tethers.

There are a some key differences between the Core and Core 2.0 e-rigs which are as follows:

Sessions times and temperatures 
 
The total session time for the Core 2.0 has been upgraded to 80 seconds, this includes the pre-heat time. 
 
Blue – 12.5 second pre-heat – Approx. 400° 
Green – 13 second pre-heat – Approx. 425° 
White – 17.5 second pre-heat – Approx. 465° 
Red – 22.5 second pre-heat – Approx. 500° 
 
 
Setup 
 
Charge your base using the provided wall plug and cable. 
Fill the bubbler from the top, when it is removed from the base. Ensure any excess liquid has been wiped away and that no water has flooded into the bottom compartment. If this happens turn the bubbler upside down and blow into the air hole at the bottom to clear this section. Then re-fill from the top. 

Place bubbler onto Core 2.0 Base at an angle, ensuring that the hole in the bubbler base aligns with the vapor pathway in the Core 2.0 base, then gently and firmly push it straight down into place. 

Check small screws in the atomizer base which hold the heater legs are done up fully. These need to be tightened so they are firm, but not so much that they cut the wire legs off the heater. When this is done screw the atomizer into the Core 2.0 base. 

Place the carb cap tube on the base so that the wider angled side sits at the top, leaving the carp cab on the tether so that you can load concentrate onto the heater. 
Select your desired heat setting (start low if you’re not sure). 

Now that’s all done we get onto the vaping methods as there are different ways the Core 2.0 can be used! 
 
 
Methods of Use 
 
Cold Starts – This method is best for getting the most flavor and material preservation as you start using as soon as vapor is being produced. Using it in this way will cause the session temperatures to be slightly lower than otherwise because the air passing around the heater will decrease heating speed. You can start your session at any point, we suggest keeping an eye on the button flashes so that you can always begin after a set number of flashes, if desired, providing a very consistent and repeatable experience. 
 
Load material into the heater 
Press the fire button twice to activate session mode 
When your concentrate starts to bubble begin using gently with the carb cap left off 
When the Core 2.0 base vibrates place the carb cap back on and continue your use as you normally would 
For subsequent sessions just use as desired, when the flavor leaves your material, the vapor becomes harsh or stops being produces press the fire button once more to cancel the session 
If you still have material left inside at the end of the session simple hit the fire button twice again and start using immediately, no need to wait for the vibrate as your heater will already be close to adequate temperature. The second session will always run a little hotter than the first if it is started straight after 
Hot Starts –  This way allows the heater to reach full temperature for any given setting; so this method is best for getting the maximum cloud production and effects as quickly as possible. 
 
Press the power button twice to activate session mode 
Load your material onto your dab tool – rice size 
Wait for the Core 2.0 base to vibrate indicating the session temperature has been reached 

While using gently load the dab into the heater, then replace the carb cap and use as your normally would

For subsequent sessions you can carry on as desired. The same applies here with regard to finishing your session. If your material is finished hit the fire button once to cancel the session early, if you still have material left simply hit it twice when the session has ended to start it again! 

As with cold starts, follow up sessions will always run a little hotter. 
Manual – Self explanatory, load a small rice size dab into the heater and hold down the power button. Use as desired. 
 
Manual hold can also be used instead of double pressing to finish a session or heat the heater for easier cleaning. 
 
 
 
Cleaning 
 
Wipe out heater with a Q-tip after each use 
Clean the area around the RDA heater weekly to stop residue building up 
Every month or so wipe out the airway with a Q-tip soaked in ISO – allow to fully dry before use 
Replace bubbler water daily 
To clean bubbler fill with hot water and shake to remove large residues. Soak in ISO to fully clean. Rinse thoroughly with warm water after soaking.

The PID E-Nail controller box controls the hot runner heating coil. The controller will heat from room temperature to 710 degrees in 3-4 minutes. Temperature Range is 0-999 Degrees.
The coil is rated at 100W under 110VAC. It is a barrel shaped coil with 19.8mm inner diameter size and 20mm outer size. The heating coil is 59 inches in length with a black and yellow fire retardant sheath.
Please refer to the included user manual before operating.
The quartz nail bottoms are 14/18mm male rig joints. The kit comes with a 14/18mm female adapter. This makes both quartz nails a 4 in 1 fitment, which will fit most all rigs male and female.
The titanium nail bottoms are reversible for a 6 in 1 10mm/14mm/18mm male and female rig fitment.
