I only go to Apotheca locations in general to buy my products as I have come to trust them immensely because I know they only carry quality products! I was so happy when the Mooresville location opened as I work in Mooresville but live in another town, having this location is super convenient for my work week to pick up things and the staff is always so extremely friendly! I love how welcoming they always are to me and how they always have great knowledge for any product question I may have! I wanted to be sure I wrote a review for this location as I have for other locations that I have visited because Apotheca really just knows how to do customer service right and I wanted other potential customers to know that the staff at this location is a wonderful and helpful staff if you need guidance on products! They are always super well organized and welcoming!

I see there’s some mention about the online service. This is specifically related to the store off of River Highway. Always good service. Great people,clean good products at a reasonable price. Only place worth buying from in the area.

Since discovering the benefits of CBD flower, Piedmont Green CBD is my go-to for quality grown cbd flower. Staff is very knowledgeable, I learn new things every time I come in! I have only used the flower products so I cannot review other products sold in the store, but what I can tell you is that the flower I have purchased has exceeded my expectation for hemp flower. Grow healthy is the best dispensary in town , in terms of product and service. The staff is beyond helpful and accommodating and really knows their stuff, Ryan the assistant manager has gone above and beyond to help me many times as well as the rest of the staff. Its why I keep coming back every time. Queso Perro is the best strain on the market in my opinion

Super clean, friendly, knowledgeable staff, above-and-beyond customer service, and they're super patient and kind. Only had a line one time that I've been there, but it moved quickly, and there is a steady stream of people coming and going. Staff were excellent helping me find the strains I wanted to get the effects I needed, as well as taking the time to explain all the details, like how to use each product, which terpenes did what, the process the different concentrates are made by, and really took the time with me to make sure I had the best possible products for my individual needs while keeping it all in my budget. This is my go-to store, and I'm really strong about supporting good businesses and good customer service, so I won't go anywhere else. They even keep your history and notes in their computers about prior purchases, preferences, and needs. Really on top of the game there. Having Happy Cloud right next door is icing on the cake- same company, same amazing service, and they will hook you up with all the supplies you need, from wraps to vapes to rigs. They also sell a lot of work from local artists and I prefer to support my community businesses anytime I can over faceless mega corps.
