Love the budtenders, they're always to helpful but not in your face about it. Great locally grown flower.

Is this the complaint section? There are two pick up lanes for online orders and both of them were occupied by customers who want to talk forever and get walked through the menu. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to be finished with an order that they should already be finished with. Keep the online orders separated from these people who have questions. I order online because I’m in a hurry.

Great place , great service Jamie is very nice and knowledgeable of all the products. He will answer your questions and help out with your needs. All of the stores are great and everyone are super friendly

I love this place! The store is always clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. I love going in and talking to them and asking for their recommendations. The price and quality of the products have never disappointed me in the slightest! I most frequently find myself grabbing their prerolls and edibles and love it when the rewards system gets me a $5 off!

Mimi has been my go-to budtender for a while now, and she never misses. She is consistently personable, super helpful, and just has the most chill energy. If you want someone who actually listens and knows their stuff without any rush, go see Mimi. She definitely deserves more than five stars!

Certified company does a very great job with customer service/ care for their customers. Their buildings are always sweet with artwork, colorful designs, awesome they remodel, old restaurants. And the quality of their house flower is spot on for the Ohio market, great strains, good prices & deals. Budtenders know there flower and can help. Come back again

Kristy helped me find exactly what I needed for my arthritis pain. Everyone was very accommodating to my husband who had to shop for me because I forgot my license. WONDERFUL, WELL INFORMED STAFF! The best dispensary in Louisiana by far. Everything is so open and you can pick up and look at all the strains, even smell them! I would drive here from almost any part of Louisiana just to deal with only their employees.
