I have to say, I have been to a lot of dispensaries across this country and 315 Primo in Branson West is my absolute favorite place! Not only do they have great prices, their staff is unbeatable! Everyone I've ever encountered there is amazing, they're always smiling, I've never had anyone have an attitude, it's a great environment, great people, great products! Staff is knowledgeable about product availability, strain information & lineage & they're honest with you about what they like and don't. When you have an environment like they do, it's easy to drive the extra 40 minutes to spend your money where the business is exceptional & so are the people! You know who you are! Five star experience from start to finish . Jena was very helpful and knowledgeable while being friendly through out my visit . She had solid recommendations and made the overall experience fun and enjoyable . The place looks like an Apple store except I left happy and looking forward to my next visit . I have had nothing short of excellent service from the employees at Medicis. They are professional and courteous. the usual wait time that i have experienced for pickup is under 10 minutes. I have made ALOT of purchases there and only there so i have nothing to compare to but as of now, i rate them 11/10 overall. the selection has recently increased tremendously. the prices are steep but you know what you are getting, the weight is always correct. I have no complaints whatsoever. if there comes a time when i am unable to afford the prices, i will cross that bridge when i get there. if you’ve had a bad experience at other pharmacies, give MEDICIS a try.
