We came to Durango back in 2019 and meet Dave. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to share his knowledge with us. We came back to Durango (2025) and retuned to Mountain Annie’s hoping to see him again. To our delight he was there with the same friendly smile and helpful attitude. Budtenders are very passionate about the business and their product. Quality Life is a very welcoming dispensary. All the budtenders are always suggesting new products to try. They really listen and help ease my pain. They gained a customer for life. Thanks Quality Life !!!

This location has been been my weed-staple. Unlike other (corporate-minded) dispensaries, Empire Twin Palms is a customer-centric marijuana sanctuary. Every time I've been there, its been a pleasure. During my recent experience, I was helped by Hannah. She took the time to explain their "deal(s)-of-the-day" (a strategy where, working with vendors, they promote products). Be sure to check them out and holla at Hannah, or any of her awesome colleagues!

2nd time coming here and the vibes are chill and friendly which is perfect for this kind of joint ;) 10/10 totally recommend.
