The owner here is very knowledgeable and eager to help. I love that she gives me realistic and honest expectations of what to expect from certain products, since I’m coming to SD from a different state with a much more established medical cannabis market. I’ve been really pleased with the quality so far and have found a few new strains I really like because of her recommendations. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, she will steer you in the right direction!

Pecos Valley Production is usually my go to. The staff is helpful and ROCKS!!! Let's be real, I've got my 2 favorite dispos for a reason, Lots of interactions!!!! Watermelon Gelato is so fire!! Dude put me on to it here and its definitely worth a try. Worst case scenario, hit them up when they have a $10/g day as this strain is very top shelf at $17/g but DEF worth it. Blueberry Kush is pretty good too.

The Nurses Station Dispensary is the best one (in my opinion) because it is staffed with a bunch of friendly and caring people. I think I’ve visited many of the dispensaries within 10 miles of home and in all my wondering to other dispensaries I always returned to the Nurses Station.
