At first there was some issues. Of course me being a first timer and not knowing certain things and Vice versa is what lead to these issues. So I had decided not to deal with this store and just go elsewhere at this point but then this professional,polite,kind, patient and lovely lady by the name of Abby came in and fixed the issue and on top of that walk me through the settings and process and just like that I haven’t gone to no other place in fact I come here just because she is here. This was my first visit to this dispensary and wow! They have friendly/excellent customer service. I did not ever feel rushed and Michelle kindly answered all of my questions and was super helpful and friendly. I’ve had experiences elsewhere here in Florida where the employees look like they hate their lives working in a certain dispensary and I never felt welcomed and always felt like a number. Not here.
