This place is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Mike was a true bud tender, like he knew what I needed. He really hustled to get me into the system and get me some medicine. As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose. Appreciate you.

I am a regular customer and it is nothing but friendly faces and good vibes. Everytime I buy its a good experience, not to mention the great discounts and pricing. Everytime I go there and have questions....I always ask to speak to Danielle....so knowledgeable about your product...and always so kind....I make it a point to talk to her because she always gives me what I need....I won't go anywhere else or speak to anyone else....she is truely remarkable

The staff are excellent and have a great knowledge base. They offer text alerts to stay updated on the daily sales. There are discounts daily and they offer a good veterans discount.

The medtenders and front desk host are very friendly and are willing to fit every need you could possibly have. Their products are by far the best I’ve had in my 3 years of being a patient. I highly recommend the new Keif that MUV released. It is very helpful when needing an extra kick for pain or sleep. Overall, beyond satisfactory.

This review is for the Avon Park store.... My second visit at this location and both times service has been outstanding !!!! Gregory has been very helpful to me both times .I have found the staff will go out of their way to make sure you get the right medication . Compared to other dispensaries I have been to this one is by far is my favorite !!!!! The quality that I receive and the great pricing is another reason I will be going back to this location...
