I have been to every dispensary in the tri State of Florida for my medical needs. Seizures,PTSD and Chrons Disease. Surterra Wellness not only has the most knowledgeable and professional staff but the best quality strains but the only consistent inventory. Surterra is far and away the best dispensary in my opinion

I am a PD Kidney patient on the cusp of receiving a kidney and as a result my pot smoking days are over . I have received the best service from the staff at MUV and excellent advice in alternative THC delivery systems which are OK with my Kidney Team . I have shopped in all of the local dispensaries and I can say with my 38 years of retail experience the best customer service is provided at MUV , very customer oriented !

This is a nice, well stocked dispensary with really great staff. Everyone is happy to pull out the COAs and spend the time to help you find the best product for you. My only complaint is with MUV changing strains too often. As a medical patient, once I find a strain that helps me it's as important as my prescribed medication, and it's incredibly frustrating when you stop selling them completely.

Last Friday I went to Trulieve too pick up an order,and man were they busy. I got AWESOME help from a PRICELESS SET OF SUPER LADIES !! They were over loaded with people and kept there professionalism !! TARINA, MERCEDES, and ANDREA were the only ones there, but they kept it moving!!! This place is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Mike was a true bud tender, like he knew what I needed. He really hustled to get me into the system and get me some medicine. As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose. Appreciate you.

I recently tried the Rise Tinctures and I was not disappointed, they are great! They are good quality oils and super potent and the taste was awesome, each oil has its own taste and they are all yummy! I definitely recommend the Rise Tinctures they are amazing!

I love this place and it's been my favorite dispensary since I've gotten a card. The staff is incredibly helpful and make thoughtful recommendations (not just the most expensive product or any add-on's they can sneak in). It's the best qualify for the cost and unlike some dispensaries, the quality is consistent. The rewards program is definitely generous and they have great sales. I didn't have much experience with THC when I first got my medical card and they walked me through what to expect from each product and I felt comfortable trying new products after speaking with them. Their edibles are also the best for effectiveness and flavor, but their flower and carts are also great and they always have a pretty good variety available. Def recommend.

I'm new to MMJ and the staff here was so patient with me when I was having problems finding a product that fit my needs. With some staff, it's all business. With others, you can joke around and chat while ringing up. This is actually not the closest dispensary to me but it's worth the trip.

only thing to dislike here is when it’s closed. Great people, place & a vet discount that can’t be beat. closer to family than customer relationship. just go and you will see.

Great staff. Very knowledgeable and eager to help suggest products that might solve your challenges. Products are high quality. These guys focus on fewer strains, but IMHO have higher quality, more easily consumed products. Their pricing is competitive as is their rewards program.
