First time customer. I LOVE THIS PLACE!! The prices are great and the sales are phenomenal. The product, WOW!! Superior product, the distillate is top shelf and the flower is so smooth. They have so many strains!! They are so helpful!! I am a BIG Trulieve fan and I will be back. They really helped me, they explained product i wasn't clear about. They really took the time and I appreciate that. I think about my elderly Mom visiting a place like this and how she would do and this place would be excellent. I absolutely love this place. There is always plenty of knowledgeable staff to assist with anything you need. They have always had what I need or wanted. The store has plenty of variety of strains and or brands. While I will always be open to other dispensaries to check them out, this one is my go to. Still learning names of everyone so I cannot call out any particular person for their excellence but really it doesn't matter because everyone there is amazing. I highly recommend this place!

I enjoyed this dispensary very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Patti. I will choose this dispensary as my first choice. The place was bright and cheerful. Also very clean. There were tons of sales. There is something for everyone.

All these crazy reviews is funny anyway staff always are big help the door is always answered phone rings twice and someone picks up every time I go in they playing some good jams and just living it up and that’s what it’s about glad to be a patient there

Litchfield is lucky to have Windy City, great products, prices are decent for Illinois. The staff is alway kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.

They are super helpful, respectful of all needs, and efficient. They have a wide selection of brands in all concentrates, bud, cartridges, edibles, pre-rolls, you name it! Highly recommend seeing this group of good people!

I ordered online for the first time. It was fast, right on time, exactly what I ordered. The driver was friendly. The price is a little higher, but you are paying for convenience and quality. There's also a phone support line that was helpful because my ID had some issue and there wasn't a wait. Highly recommended.
