I am a 100% disabled veteran, wounded in Iraq in 2003. I have severe pain, PTSD and social anxiety just to name a few things. I really didn't know what to expect going here, it's an hour drive for me so it was long. When I got there, nervous as hell, first thing you do is check your temp on a wall mounted thermometer. Being my first time there was a page I had to fill out. Honestly I don't remember a single question (I have a tbi) but I know it was basic stuff and quick. The lady at the front desk was nice. Was a quick 5 min exchange of stuff i.e the paper work and your card n whatnot. The normal. Then they let u in the back. The budtenders are friendly, knowledgeable easy to talk to people and beautiful. All in all it's a awesome dispensary. Def better prices and amount of stock than my previous dispensary in Brookville. The boss gave me a free hat!! I know it's just a hat but Ayr Wellness definitely takes the time to make sure all of its customers are well taken care of.

I have been going to a variety of different dispensaries and while they each have great products, service,etc of them all the one that I have found to be the best overall is by far the Lume! I have had nothing but awesome experiences there from the quality of the products, to the friendly and knowledgeable staff, the prices of their products, and overall atmosphere and feelings while in the dispensary its always been above and beyond anything I had expected and I am always more than pleased, happy and satisfied with my purchases from their business. All of the staff are great people but the first staff member that I had met and made my first purchase from, his name is Trevor, I am beyond impressed and pleased with their knowledge, friendliness, and more!
