Short wait, extremely helpful staff. Took a solid 30 minutes to review the menu with me and made a few great recommendations. As another reviewer mentioned, the vibes are immaculate.

This is only my second time at clevelands Terrsana but everyone is very nice and the place is very clean and the products have been good. I walked in to the shop and was immediately met with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I personally like the atmosphere. They had lots of different strands and had a variety of rolling papers and warps to choose from.I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone.

My first time was few weeks back. I just bought prerolls, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very welcoming.

They’re a great staff. Quick. And have a drive thru. (shoulda led with that probably).

Pricing and availability of a variety of products and delivery systems are consistent and affordable.
