I've shopped here a couple of times... first just to check it out, and the second time to try their Daily Flower Special. It's a very clean and professional environment- warm and welcome with fair prices. I need to visit the Dowling MI store next to see what they have in store for us :)

The staff was friendly and helpful, they have a first timers discount program and a nice variety of flower. I selected Lemon Tree as it was an organic sungrown option that appealed to me, great flower for a very fair price.

Desirea is pretty cool, every time I go in there we have good conversations and she makes great recommendations. I’ve gone to other dispensaries in the area and I’m not gonna lie, this one’s my favorite! Their flower has good quality and good prices, same with their pre rolls. And they have deals for every day of the week!

Been coming here regularly for almost four years. When I moved here, I tried every dispensary in town. It didn't take me long at all to choose Lume as my favorite in the area. I've never had a poor experience, whether I shop in store or place an online order they always have what I'm looking for and the order is correct. Many employees recognize me and call me by name, that goes a long way toward creating a comfortable yet professional atmosphere. I never get the hard sell here! Since I've been coming to the store big buds, I've really enjoyed it. The people are nice, their understanding. They're very educated. They do explain things to you which I found that in this door but not all others they act like, you know, they don't want to talk to you. And they echo, like, it hurts them to explain something to you. I had a bad experience with a few, and I 'm not going. I'm to do that again.

These guys were late to the game but they have got things up and running nicely. Great selection. Very competitive prices. And the staff are all as nice as ice on a hot day.

The staff and atmosphere are what take me back. They are very knowledgeable about the components of the products, and how they pertain to my needs. The staff is friendly and seem to take an interest while I am there. I've been to a couple other places where they only wanted to sell product with no understanding about it or how it will work for me. That is why I will continue to go to JC3. The staff were incredibly helpful. I was given a small sample to try on my dog. His belly was raw from grass allergies. raw. It cleared up overnight. Gave it to my father who has been seeing dermatologist for dry, cracked hands. The first time he used it, the cracks began getting better. Excellent Quality and Excellent Service.
