Aidan was excellent! He’s helped me before, & always puts me at ease. Everyone always has a smile when you walk in, & they are always helpful & are very knowledgeable about cannabis products. I’ve been back a number of times now, but I’m still a dummy when it comes to choosing the best strain & strength for my chronic pain. There’s a vast selection of items to choose from that are nicely displayed & you can always find a lots of items on sale. I highly recommend the Bourbonnais store when you’re in the the area!

Uriel was my bud tender and he was absolutely awesome! I had to leave the line twice to transfer money and was scared I was being an annoying customer. Uriel was so understanding and kind! Do yourself a favor, deposit into your own wallet before handing over to The Pot Shop to more directly control its value in the hand over for your order. ALL these crypto exchange platforms are manipulating the timing in their favor to make the largest profit, you're getting squeezed every time you trade and you know it. But when you direct deposit into TPS' wallet, you're handing the squeeze off to them. Be kind to your dealer, give them their cut.
