My wife and I have been using Cloud Nine in Grande Isle for the past two years and have always received great service by staff. Their deep level of respect and spot in recommendations have been greatly appreciated. As an example, we were there tonight and needed a product to help my wife sleep, which is hard for her to do because of arthritis. The young man there (I wish I got his name) knew immediately what she needed and he was exactly what you want to see in these important roles: knowledge and an ability to seamlessly glide into a customers demeanor of needing a guide, an ear, a shoulder and a genuine interest in his/her situation. When we got home and researched his recommendation, it had everything that my wife needs in it. All of the staff we've worked with are great and their products are high quality. This is my absolute favorite place to shop for meds. The strain selection is phenomenal and the cuts are amazing. They offer great daily deals and are super friendly. I literally went here the first time and never stopped. I’ve been to a lot of places throughout the state and this is by far my favorite. Staff without a doubt goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Definitely recommend the tarantula legs. ATM on-site as well.
