Every time I go this REV-FRESH POND, the environment & atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff is also very good at making sure you ordered what you like & will even give you suggestions if they know of something better or a sale etc. that you may like. I absolutely adore the staff at cana. They are so kind. I ordered a dozen pre-rolls and they sorted them by saliva and indica and had them banded separately, how incredible is that. They're all beyond kind and patient, even during recent tech upgrades and when they're wildly busy. The store is also always clean and smells nice.

First time ordering online and visiting here, awesome customer service when my order had a error. I have severe anxiety but felt right at home. Good product for the price as well! Highly recommend.

My first visit to this dispensary, and to the dispensaries at the Reservation in general, and I was very impressed. The gentleman behind the counter was super helpful and patient. He even steered me to some lower cost product that he thought would better meet my needs. Overall I was very happy with the service, selection and quality. I was shopping for some people who use cannabis medicinally, so having someone who took the time to listen to what I was looking for was very important. They went the extra mile to make sure I not only knew what I was buying, but also how to best use it for the desired effects, answering all my questions with patience and a kindness. I’m headed back today for more and I would reccomend this spot to anyone who asked me!

Wow!!!! Best dispo I’ve been to in NEW YORK, Dispensary is near me, best dispensary on the upper east side, maybe even the best dispensary in Manhattan. They have the widest and biggest selection of flower and pre rolls that I’ve seen so far. The staff is so kind, the workers are so friendly, the employees are very knowledgeable about the brands, they answered all of my questions. I felt like, after I left I knew much more about cannabis. lol If anyone wants to go to a beautiful, affordable, dispensary near the upper east side, in Manhattan NYC I recommend them. They have so many SKUs of flower it’s pretty amazing. Way better selection and prices than bliss and Lex down the street. 5 starts all around. Thank you THC

I loved everything about this place. It was very organized and welcoming. The kind woman on the floor knew everything there was to know about strains and she was extremely helpful. They take card and cash and have discounts/sales. The website is easy to navigate and the store hours are good for someone that works a 9-5

Great selection, great prices and friendly helpful staff. Small store so occasionally you may have to wait for a few extra minutes but worth it for the shop small experience. My favorite dispo on the UES!
