I liked how helpful, informative and nice the lady staff members are.

Shout-out to the GM Ashley. She followed up with a call I made about an issue I had the day before. The team told me upper MGMT. Is unreachable. You can always resolve an issue, you just have to have great customer service like Ashley.Thank you again for taking time to care about Levels customers. Ashley also suggested an item I also bought.Levels Corporate Ashley's a keeper!

Was looking for bubble hash or any chunk hash. Great service and clean store! Fox

legalize marijuana in Indiana because of ass backwards people and idea of Indiana surrounded by other states legalized while Indiana is not legalized with THcaflower kind of weird loophole it doesn't matter if it's surrounded by other states when other people go back and forth

Every time very nice always helpful and rest like going there instead of other dispensary s

I was helped today by Audi who gave excellent customer service. They were very helpful with product selection and were kind and considerate as well. I will definitely shop here again.

Tabby and Kim were exceptional help and great to talk with thanks for your help and time

Friendly and quality. I will be back. Sure the showroom is smaller but it’s a non issue. Lots of great rotating deals through the week.

Amazing product haven't tried one bad thing. Keep it up!!!

I love this place we always get the best for our buck it's my favorite place to go now the staff is always so great that's why we make the drive from Ionia ,mi please go check it out.

Great staff, great vibes, great prices, great location across the street from parking garage, great products and product display, great social media presence, great chair in waiting room. Oh and to top it off great forethought in setting their prices so that with taxes it comes out to an even dollar amount. Bra-Vo.

Great place to purchase the best quality of goods your money will buy.

They open at 7 am, they afe 2 blocks from my home, great prices, friendly staff, and a vast selection of dank ganja. My favorite place in town. Eric Jeromin

Angel is awesome! I love lake effects flower and great deals!

Ryan was an awesome budtender, especially on such a crazy day (4/20)!

Really awesome staff, great environment and the selection is good. Had a wonderful in person experience.

First time shopping, you get 30% off your entire order and a freebie! Plus, I signed up for their rewards beforehand and had $10 store credit just for making an account and was able to apply it to my order! On top of that, the lions had won, which they gave me another $10 reward for!!! Will definitely be back; huge selection, competitive deals, knowledgeable and friendly staff. This is my new spot!

I’m a Stiiizy Stan after living in California for awhile and it’s like being back there walking into this beautiful store.

Love it !!! Amazing people and prices. If your pissy about the service maybe ask what is going on/ or don’t go!!!!
