The butt tenders are always friendly and willing to answer any questions and always willing to help. They are the best dispensary in Rapid City in my opinion.

This is the only dispensary in this area so people who live around here really don't have a choice unless they want to drive an hour away. When they first opened up rec use here, the flower was old and dry. At least what I was getting was that way. Fast forward to 2025 and everything seems fresh now, but I do tend to look for new additions to the menu and get those. I saw where some people were complaining about price, but I compared the same exact products with dispensaries in KC and the prices are exactly the same. It's been my experience here where most of the staff are very friendly. Maybe not all of them all the time, but everyone has their bad days, so I don't fault them on that. Overall, I'd give this dispensary 4 out of 5 stars. The reason for the missing star is they don't have as large of a selection as other bigger dispensaries. But aside from that, these guys are right on par with everywhere else I've been to as far as staff, price and atmosphere. I'm very glad they are there because if they weren't, everybody would be driving to Joplin or KC all the time.

By far the Best Dispensary in the tri-state area. The bud tenders are very knowledgeable about their products and the prices are the lowest in the city. I'll be back soon.

Kristy helped me find exactly what I needed for my arthritis pain. Everyone was very accommodating to my husband who had to shop for me because I forgot my license. Ok, I've been going to this dispensary for a while now (going on 2 years) and I really want to give these guys (and Girl!) a WAY HIGH five! They know their products very well, help you stay within your budget, and offer a very cool point system that offers a VIP membership that gives you access to even more flower than what's already on the floor and gives you an awesome birthday discount of your age percent off! I'm originally from a state where bud has been legal since 2012, so I have lots of experience with dispensaries and types of flower product and this dispensary is really on top of their game, so professional and super nice people! I love the deals that are almost every day of the week, and I can't even tell you how many hundreds of dollars I've saved on bud with them! And I super appreciate how they actually listen to their customers and give a personal touch to each transaction. I guess I'm a dedicated customer now.

I've been to Rise numerous times and I am very impressed. The people working at Rise are extremely knowledgeable and for a "novice" like myself it is appreciated. Today I was helped by a gentleman named Samm. He was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE and directed me to the products that will help my sleeping condition. He gave me information regarding tolerance breaks (which I never heard of) as well as trying the products sublingually. I never even thought about doing this. Without his help I would have purchased the same product instead of expanding my horizons. Samm was extremely pleasant and courteous. I am definitely going back to RISE and I hope Samm is working when I am there. Rise is lucky to have an employee like Samm!

I have lupus and have an itchy, painful, rash on the palms of my hands and haven't been able to find anything to help it HOWEVER ~ I just tried Dr. Bob's Botanicals All-In-One Relief salve for the first time, and it IS AMAZING. I honestly cannot believe the results. Keep up the great work guys and thank you so much for this relief!
