Rise in Baxter makes us feel welcomed and like we all belong together. So many of there employees are upbeat and really go the extra mile to help someone in need. I have been here from the day they opened and I absolutely consider them all my friends, Dylan, Tyler, Candice, Cassie, Jamie, Bo and all of you I appreciate you and will spread the word about how this cannibis store makes peaople feel so cared about and like we all matter. I have to give Tyler the manager so much credit for having so many neat and fun emplyees. You know how to pick them Tyler. You have a good sense in who there really loves there job and helping others. I also appreciate your knowledge on everything there is to know about the products you are selling in your store. I have a Minnesota Medical Cannabis Card and find this RISE dispensary as a wonderful location to get both advice, and cannabis selection that really suit my needs. Wonderful staff!

Such a cute little shop!! They have locally grown flower and a super friendly staff. Definitely not your average "head shop" style dispensary, it has more of a homegrown, all walks of life welcoming vibe. Best place to bring mom without her getting scared by acid art on every wall lol

I liked the blue dream, the one I didn't like were black maple, not Terpy. friendly awesome staff, you go in the first door to check in, they have a tablet to select your order, they have some accessories and bings available I didn't get a look on pricing. the security guard was friendly, everything is good

Owners are wonderful, are very knowledgeable about the different effects from the different strand that they have also very acknowledge in general about THC. Very chill environments, great vibes ,great products.
