Joe Cool is the best hands down. Very helpful, super knowledgeable and so welcoming. I will definitely be coming back faithfully and will let all of my medical card friends know who to go see! Great person!

The staff are excellent. They're helpful and knowledgeable. I can ask questions, and they don't make you feel weird about it. It always feels like they're genuinely happy to be there too.

These guys are so good at their jobs. This is the first dispensary I went to and I was so nervous when I walked in because I didn’t know what to do or anything but they helped me feel at ease right away and even though I spoke at a minimum they got me exactly what I needed, tailored to my needs as a patient. I’ve been sticking primarily with this dispensary location since I became a patient and have strayed very very little. Very professional informative and genuinely ready to help every person that comes in, with equal care and attention.

Great atmosphere, awesome selection of CBD strains from flower to wax, crumble, and even some hash. The staff is friendly, helpful and informative. They also have CBD infused honey, oils, bath bombs and cartridges.

Some of the places in Memphis have mediocre products. This place surpasses them, in my opinion. You can’t beat good customer service and good people. I’ve been here several times and each flower has been fire!!!!

I am new to this atmosphere, and was in way over my head when I first walked in. But Mr. Kyle made me feel so comfortable and walked me through the difference between the strains and what would work best for me, and I tell you, these night night gummies? They were EXACTLY what I was looking for. Kyle knew his knowledge about every product he brought up. I just told him what my symptoms were and what I was looking for, and I walked out with some night night gummies for night time, and a sativa vape for during the day time. And I see the difference Mr. Kyle was talking about. I just need a few little toots off my vape in the day time, and I have the energy and motivation to get whatever chores I may have, to get done. I highly recommend this place to ANYBODY looking for alternative medications. And if you're lucky, Mr. Kyle will be there, and he'll make you feel so welcomed, and you'll walk out with a lot of information gained. I will see y'all next week. 5 stars for Mr. Kyle!!! I love the bud tenders here at this dispensary. They're also the only place I can find fireball suckers. They're always nice and knowledgeable.

Friendly and educated atmosphere! I am new to the dispensary world and I was taught about all of the products I was interested in during my visit which made my choosing process easier. Also the store has a wide variety of products. Glad to see Greenwood, MS expanding!

They have a large variety of products available and the prices are very good. I’m glad they didn’t close down like the others did.

Super clean, friendly, knowledgeable staff, above-and-beyond customer service, and they're super patient and kind. Only had a line one time that I've been there, but it moved quickly, and there is a steady stream of people coming and going. Staff were excellent helping me find the strains I wanted to get the effects I needed, as well as taking the time to explain all the details, like how to use each product, which terpenes did what, the process the different concentrates are made by, and really took the time with me to make sure I had the best possible products for my individual needs while keeping it all in my budget. This is my go-to store, and I'm really strong about supporting good businesses and good customer service, so I won't go anywhere else. They even keep your history and notes in their computers about prior purchases, preferences, and needs. Really on top of the game there. Having Happy Cloud right next door is icing on the cake- same company, same amazing service, and they will hook you up with all the supplies you need, from wraps to vapes to rigs. They also sell a lot of work from local artists and I prefer to support my community businesses anytime I can over faceless mega corps.
