Every time I go this REV-FRESH POND, the environment & atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff is also very good at making sure you ordered what you like & will even give you suggestions if they know of something better or a sale etc. that you may like. They'll take as much time as you need, (respectfully). THEY LISTEN TO THE CUSTO.ERS!! New product has come around. Whether it's REV or Guest Cultivar, THEY ORDERED!!! I was so happy to see their menu yesterday, fully stocked, sales etc. SALES EVERYDAY TOO!!! HAD AN AWESOME END TO MY DAY YESTERDAY BY STOPPING BY REV!!! My husband and I shopped here and Ryan was amazing. He helped us find what we were looking for and really spent a lot of time getting us the best deals for what we were looking for. While there we chatted with a few other employees. I wish I had caught their names as well, they were very knowledgeable. We will definitely be shopping again here. Amazing people!!!

We did not visit thw store. Our experience was online and delivery, which was a really really professional and just a great experience from beginning to end. Quality was excellant. Looking forward to visiting sometime soon

Very professional and respectful. The meds are great. They have very good prices, best prices I've seen around the area. I drive 30 min to get here and I have a dispensary in my town. So that says alot.

I see some BS reviews. I have been a customer since they opened their doors, almost 6 years now! If a customer can't verify they got their order how do you expect a business to drop everything and investigate. I worked at $100B annual revenue organization and spent a couple of years in Security. Proper security depends on clear procedures, methodology and only a limited number of people having access to the different functions such as evaluating evidence/tapes, special controls for each specific function and very limited access to cash out from accounts beyond simply making change. Another complained he burned through his order too fast - Wow so the MADE you party, eh? Must be tough! Anyway ridiculous complaints are something I complain about. I find their people extremely competent and have made well over a few hundred transactions without an error. The= employees know the majority of the products and are always great with assisting and answering questions. I have never felt rushed. Product varies and price may or may not be an indicator of quality. I have received excellent herb for as low as $100/oz. Overall outstanding products in a comfortable setting with great employees and decent prices! If you have not tried them you are missing out!! Check them out! Note there are 3 dispensaries within 100 feet! Reading Michigan is the place for your herbal shopping pleasure! just 10 miles from Indiana/Michigan state line! NOTE - Watch for Amish buggies and be careful on hills as we have a fairly large Amish community in the area!
