My wife and I have been using Cloud Nine in Grande Isle for the past two years and have always received great service by staff. Their deep level of respect and spot in recommendations have been greatly appreciated. As an example, we were there tonight and needed a product to help my wife sleep, which is hard for her to do because of arthritis. The young man there (I wish I got his name) knew immediately what she needed and he was exactly what you want to see in these important roles: knowledge and an ability to seamlessly glide into a customers demeanor of needing a guide, an ear, a shoulder and a genuine interest in his/her situation. When we got home and researched his recommendation, it had everything that my wife needs in it. All of the staff we've worked with are great and their products are high quality. I see some BS reviews. I have been a customer since they opened their doors, almost 6 years now! If a customer can't verify they got their order how do you expect a business to drop everything and investigate. I worked at $100B annual revenue organization and spent a couple of years in Security. Proper security depends on clear procedures, methodology and only a limited number of people having access to the different functions such as evaluating evidence/tapes, special controls for each specific function and very limited access to cash out from accounts beyond simply making change. Another complained he burned through his order too fast - Wow so the MADE you party, eh? Must be tough! Anyway ridiculous complaints are something I complain about. I find their people extremely competent and have made well over a few hundred transactions without an error. The= employees know the majority of the products and are always great with assisting and answering questions. I have never felt rushed. Product varies and price may or may not be an indicator of quality. I have received excellent herb for as low as $100/oz. Overall outstanding products in a comfortable setting with great employees and decent prices! If you have not tried them you are missing out!! Check them out! Note there are 3 dispensaries within 100 feet! Reading Michigan is the place for your herbal shopping pleasure! just 10 miles from Indiana/Michigan state line! NOTE - Watch for Amish buggies and be careful on hills as we have a fairly large Amish community in the area!
