Just had my second experience with this business after I said I wouldn't and I'm very happy about how it all turned out. I wasn't happy with a product and Jolene wanted to make sure she made it right with me even if it meant driving another 150 miles.....thank you! I overreacting and If anything I'm guilty of being a bit harsh and quick too judge and my sincerest apology. Customer service was and is excellent and would definitely do business with them again.

Nice spot. I normally don’t like thca stuff but I must say, here it checks all the boxes and is reasonably priced. The shops in Charlotte are really hit or miss. I will be back

I live just around the corner and this proximity lulled me into taking Smooth Remedies for granted as a local small dispensary among the ever growing herd of chain dispensaries everywhere in Maine. Mistake! This place is a find, from owner young yet knowledgeable Mike, to his affordable high quality products and well organized pleasant dispensary. His alternative to so called high potency tinctures like Thc-B, or P, or now foolishly illegal O, (all bought from highly reputable on line lab tested outlet) was a generic 10mg per mL tincture which for this aged and highly experienced user was at least equally as potent for positive mood, relaxation, pain relief at the lower!! less costly of the two potencies he offers!!!

Exemplary service and products! They know their cannabis and are excited to share their knowledge. Prices can not be beat.

The "name" says it all as, I bought some "Face Palm" which, CURED me of many ailments including BEING CONSCIOUS. I recommend the GARY PAYTON, though "GARY" still owes me 5 DOLLARS and a gram. I am a brand rep for King City Gardens & often times set up in their lobby for a few hours, and every time I do, it is a wonderful experience! They are such an educated and kind staff that really takes the extra time to find the best products for you!
