I had a good experience for my first time inside a dispensary in Michigan all the staff had smiles on there face and they most deff are great at supplying there customers with information about there products and you can deff tell there genuine about helping there clients hands down i had Michelle for a weed fairy she did great thanks for the medicine much love keep it 420

I have been a "regular" at Ayr since last summer and I continue to receive outstanding, professional, timely service. Budtenders in particular that have been extremely helpful and have made great recommendations are Kyle, Dee, Sal, Kevin and Drew. I wish I knew everyone else's names, as they are also helpful. They have been having sales galore, so many in fact that I still haven't used my 3rd new patient discount yet and it's been almost 6 months! Great selection, hit the sales, there's always something going on. It's given me the opportunity to dabble a bit with different consumption methods and strains. I do wish they would have sales from time to time on accessories but they have a good loyalty points system put in place that can be used for that. All in all, I love this place, these people feel like family after a bit.

Ethos has the best selection and prices of any of the dispensaries in the area by far! All of the terpene profiles are listed so you can fully understand what you’re buying! They’re also so incredibly nice at the counter! The other day, I was a dollar short, and they let it slide, which I thought was extremely nice of them! I’m in there all the time, and I’ve never had an unpleasant experience. I’ve never had to wait for more than 10 minutes in the waiting room either. This place is my favorite dispensary hands-down!

Loyalty card that knocks off 10 percent after your 10th $50 or more purchase. Friendly staff, good selection. Recreational prices are much steeper than medical but in the Cooperstown, Delhi, Oneonta region, it's your best bet.

This team of budtenders are some of the best in the Mohawk valley, maybe even in the industry. Everyone was genuinely knowledgeable about companies and products they had in store. Andrea was a plethora of information on New York brands and their practices. Carly also being an open book of info; elaborated that she studied cultivation at a SUNY school. She made me comfortable while shopping but also made me feel confident with my selection due to her knowledge and experience. They informed, and signed me up for a killer loyalty program too before I left. Also, the shop is woman owned! I can’t recommend this shop anymore!

I loved talking w/John the pharmacist to expand my knowledge on medical marijuana. He was clear, knowledgeable and caring. He genuinely cared. He made it easy for me to ask questions. So here’s the thing— I’ve been smoking for a while— at least the better part of a decade. I know my shit, I have high standards, and I can talk shop with the best of them. But as a young woman, some shops see me as nothing more than some dumb bitch looking to be mansplained to about indica before I choose the pretty pink packaging… but THESE GUYS over at the dispensary are GREAT. I love coming in to their store because no matter who’s behind the counter I know they’re gonna be personable, funny, answer all my questions, and they always remember to ask for my phone number so I get those sick rewards at the shop. They’re super fun to sit and talk with, and make a habit of trying to get to know the faces of the people coming into their store. So, as a female who isn’t just some dumb broad looking for a little pick me up, and is an every day type of gal— go to these guys. They care about the customer, they want to build relationships within their community, and if I’m remembering correctly, support Veterans with part of the sales. All in all they’re really good people. They deserve your business 100000%
