Ana was so very kind and helpful, and assisted me with getting the most out of my rewards, rather than wasting a single dollar of it! I also had to return a defective cartridge, and that process was smoother than a return at any major retailer. Ana was kind and sweet, and I appreciated her time. Thank you, Ana.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Anjel took the time to find out what I was looking for, then gave me options with explanations. The space is welcoming and in a safe area.

I came in this evening and Patty and Cindy working they both were helping me out very nice and helpful. Patty rang me up and let me know I had a $5 off that was aussum she saved me 5 bucks. It doesn't seem like alot but it helps. Very clean atmosphere has a great green couch love it!! Thanx again Patty and Cindy!!

Ignore my previous reviews. There was confusion about a fee on debit card transactions that i didn't see the sign for in the store. They were super nice about explaining it to me.

Absolutely OBSESSED with this dispensary. I will 100% continue using them. The service is top-tier, the staff is amazing and super helpful, and the delivery driver is awesome. Let me just say I’ve been waiting for Maryland to finally get real and let go and legalize you know what I’m say lady’s and gents?anyway I’m pretty bad off the last 5-6 months now I had a horrible car accident at work and have not worked or anything in 5 months let me say the people here are great helpful kind !!showed me EXACTLY what I needed to do and it’s great I can finally buy bud just like alcohol!!it’s seriously about freaking time lol anyway thanks guys and gals at ascend ur great and I’ll be seeing u really soon for a new treat !

I switched from Rise to Trulieve, when they first opened. I don't drive and they are very close. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. I love this dispensary, best in the area.

Would like to say how clean and attractive the Big Rapids store was, a big variety of house plants in the foyer was very appealing! The show room was tastefully done and showcased a very nice variety/selection of products. I may not be an expert but I know friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when I encounter it! Those qualitites were in corporated in Mike, our salesman and his co-salesperson, Kelly, to a "T".
